Abstract
Considering the connection of Automated construction equipment, BIM for Design·Construction, and technology for smart construction based on IoT, It was studied about 'Integrated Control System about Smart Construction Information' that can include IoT sensors for safety and environment and 3D BIM model for operating automated construction equipment to be introduced in Sejong 5-1 site. Data formats and Standardization of protocol were defined for linking various data formats expressed by smart sensors based on IoT with integrated control systems. Development of API and functions of software were organized so that data expressed by smart sensors in the integrated control system can be visualized. 3D Modeling(Target model) for operating smart construction equipment was designed and installed. And a Method of BIM linkage for smart construction equipment and a method of standardization of Data considering connection with the Target modeler and Drone and BIM platform were presented. In addition, Precision of 2D/3D, Productivity, and Calculating the production cost compared to standard evaluating system were analyzed by excavating pipeline to demonstrate the operation of smart construction equipment. It was expected to secure safety and reduce costs by integrating and upgrading various automatic technologies for smart construction into control system to provide user work efficiency through centralized management, and by linking and analyzing construction equipment and smart sensor to be eco-friendly and prevent disaster.
