실용무용전공 학생에게 지각된 교수의 피드백 유형이 무용몰입도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 실용무용전공 학생에게 지각된 교수자의 피드백 유형이 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 학업적 그릿을 중심으로 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 교육기관에서 실용무용 전공 수업을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 서울과 경기 지역에 있는 교육기관에서 실용무용전공 수업을 수강하고 있는 학생 총 300명을 중심으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 수집된 설문 데이터를 바탕으로, 「IBM SPSS Statistics 27」, 「SmartPLS 3.3.9」 등 총 2가지 프로그램 이용하여 다음과 같은 절차에 의해 분석을 실시한다. 구체적인 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 종합해보면, 첫째, 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 학업적 그릿에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 일반적 피드백(긍정적) 요인은 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 학업적 그릿에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 수행지식, 비언어적 피드백(긍정적), 비언어적 피드백(부정적) 요인은 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 학업적 그릿에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의하지 못했다. 둘째, 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 일반적 피드백(긍정적) 요인은 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 수행지식, 비언어적 피드백(긍정적), 비언어적 피드백(부정적) 요인은 실용무용 전공 수업에서 교수자의 지각된 피드백 유형이 학생의 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의하지 못했다. 셋째, 실용무용 전공 학생의 학업적 그릿이 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 학업적 흥미유지 요인은 실용무용 전공 학생의 학업적 그릿이 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학업적 열정, 학업적 노력지속 요인은 실용무용 전공 학생의 학업적 그릿이 무용 몰입도에 미치는 영향에 통계적으로 유의하지 못했다. | This study has a purpose to examine effects of feedback types of instructors perceived by students majoring in practical dance on dance commitment, focusing on academic grit. In order to achieve the purpose, this study surveyed a total of 300 students taking practical dance major classes at educational institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, targeting students who took practical dance major classes at educational institutions. Based on the collected data, it conducted analysis by using two programs including 「IBM SPSS Statistics 27」 and 「SmartPLS 3.3.9」. Specific conclusions are as follows. Synthetically, first, this study is to examine effects of the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes on academic grit of students. As a result of analysis, this study found that, in terms of general feedback (positive) factors, the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes could have significantly statistical positive(+) effects on the academic grit of students. However, in terms of the factors of performance knowledge, non-verbal feedback(positive), and non-verbal feedback (negative), the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes did not have significantly statistical effects on the academic grit of students. Second, this study is to examine the effects of the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes on academic grit of students. As a result, in terms of general feedback (positive), the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes could have significantly statistical positive(+) effects on dance commitment of students. However, in terms of the factors of performance knowledge, non-verbal feedback(positive), and non-verbal feedback (negative), the feedback types of instructors perceived by students at practical dance major classes did not have significantly statistical effects on the dance commitment of students. Third, this study is to examine the effects of academic grit on the dance commitment of students majoring in practical dance. As a result, this study found that, in terms of the factor of academic interest maintenance, the academic grit of students majoring in practical dance could have significantly statistical positive(+) effects on the dance commitment. However, in terms of the factors of academic passion and academic effort persistence, the academic grit of students majoring in practical dance did not have significantly statistical effects on the dance commitment.
