고등학생의 사이버불링 피해경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 고등학생의 사이버불링 피해경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 거부민감성과 주의력 조절이 순차적 매개효과를 나타내는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 위치한 고등학교에 재학중인 남녀 고등학생 434명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 설문 자료 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 64명의 자료를 제외하고, 총 370명의 설문조사 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석에 SPSS 28.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro 4.1 프로그램을 사용하여 주요 변인들 간의 관계를 검증하고자 하였으며, 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버불링 피해경험, 거부민감성, 주의력 조절, 심리적 안녕감 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 사이버불링 피해경험은 거부민감성과 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 주의력 조절, 심리적 안녕감과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 그리고 거부민감성은 주의력 조절, 심리적 안녕감에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 주의력 조절은 심리적 안녕감에 정적 영향력을 끼쳤다. 둘째, 사이버불링 피해경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 거부민감성의 단순 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이는 사이버불링 피해경험 수준이 높을수록 거부민감성이 높아지고 심리적 안녕감은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사이버불링 피해경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 주의력 조절의 단순 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이는 사이버불링 피해경험 수준이 높을수록 주의력 조절 수준이 낮아지고 심리적 안녕감이 약화되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사이버불링 피해경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 거부민감성과 주의력 조절의 순차적 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이는 사이버불링 피해경험 수준이 높은 고등학생들은 거부민감성이 높게 나타났고, 주의력 조절은 감소하여 낮은 심리적 안녕감을 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 의의 및 시사점을 도출하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점을 제시하고, 후속연구의 방향성과 그 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

| This study purposed to research whether the rejection sensitivity and attentional control take effect sequential mediating effects in the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and psychological well-being of high school students. For the study, an online survey was conducted by 434 male and female high school students who enrolled in high schools in Korea, and a total of 370 survey data were used for the final survey analysis, excluding 64 data that responded insincerely in the collected survey data. The SPSS 28.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro 4.1 programs were used to verify the relationship between major variables in data analysis, and the results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying the correlation between cyberbullying victimization, rejection sensitivity, attentional control, and psychological well-being, cyberbullying victimization found a positive correlation with rejection sensitivity, while found a negative correlation with attentional control and psychological well-being. And rejection sensitivity had a negative correlation with attentional control, psychological well-being. Also, Attentional control had a positive correlation with psychological well-being. Second, the simple mediating effect of rejection sensitivity was found in the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and psychological well-being. It imply that the higher level of the cyberbullying victimization, the rejection sensitivity increases, and it leads to lower psychological well-being. Third, the simple mediating effect of attentional control was found in the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and psychological well-being. It means that the higher the cyberbullying victimization, the attentional control decreases, and it leads to weaker psychological well-being. Fourth, the sequential mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and attentional control was found in the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and psychological well-being. It indicate that the higher level of the cyberbullying victimization, the rejection sensitivity rises, and it leads to decrease of the attentional control, also it causes the lower level of the psychological well-being. In conclusion, the significance and implications were derived from the results of this study. Also, this study discussed limitations, also the direction and necessity of follow-up research.
