Abstract
본 연구는 국내 주요 식품기업의 공급망 품질경영 실행에 관한 주요 요인들을 조사하여 식품안전성과 및 기업성과에 미치는영향이 어떠한지 살펴보았다. 연구의 방법은 먼저 국내외 공급망 품질경영에 관한 선행연구를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 공급망 품질경영 실행의 요인을 국내 식품산업에 적용하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 후 식품안전성과 및 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지에대한 실증분석을 하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 총 11개의 가설 중 7개가 채택되었다. 구체적으로 공급망 품질경영 실행의 주요 요인인 ‘공급자 품질관리’, ‘내부 품질관리’, ‘고객 품질관리’모두 식품안전성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 식품안전성과의 매개효과를 통해기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 공급망 품질경영 실행의 ‘내부 품질관리’ 및 ‘고객 품질관리’는 기업성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 식품안전성과는 공급망 품질경영 실행과 기업성과의 관계에서 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국내 식품산업에 대한 공급망 품질경영 실행에 관하여 처음으로 시도된 연구로서 학문적 시사점이 있으며, 국내 식품기업의 공급망 품질경영 추진에 있어 실무적 발전 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.;This study investigated major factors on the implementation of supply chain quality management by major domestic food companies and examined the impact on food safety and corporate performance. The research method was to first conduct a prior study on domestic and foreign supply chain quality management, and based on this, the analysis was conducted to apply the factors of supply chain quality management to the domestic food industry, and then presented through an empirical analysis on food safety and firm performance. The analysis found that seven out of a total of 11 hypotheses were adopted. Specifically, ‘Supplier Quality Management’, ‘Internal Quality Management’ and ‘Customer Quality Management’ which are major factors in the execution of supply chain quality management, all affected food safety and affected firm performance through mediated effects of food safety. On the other hand, it was investigated that ‘Internal Quality Management’ and ‘Customer Quality Management’ of quality management of supply chain do not affect firm performance. Although implementation of supply chain quality management to achieve food safety is important, it was found that the higher the safety, the higher the cost of production operations management and the higher the fatigue of the employee, which has a relatively small impact on the company’s financial or non-financial performance. This study is the first attempted study on the quality management of the supply chain in Korea, and it is expected that it will present practical development directions for food companies in promoting quality management of the supply chain.
