Abstract

텍스트 마이닝 기반 중국 팟캐스트 플랫폼 품질 만족도 연구 본 연구는 빠르게 성장하는 팟캐스트에 대해 실제 팟캐스트 플랫폼 품질에 대한 소비자 이용 만족도의 시점에서 중국의 3가지 팟캐스트 플랫폼에 대한 이 용 만족도 현황을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 3가지 팟캐스트 플랫폼의 리뷰를 수집하여 총 7938건 리뷰를 연 구 대상으로 삼아 LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)를 사용하여 리뷰 내 주제 를 분류하였다. LDA 분석을 통해 4가지 만족도 차원은 콘텐츠 품질(content quality), 기능 품질(functional quality), 서비스 품질(service quality), 시 스템 품질(system quality)로 나눌 수 있다. 이 4가지 만족 차원을 수출하는 방 면에 따라 4가지 차원을 이용하여 각 플랫폼의 차원 요소의 만족 상황을 감성 분석을 통해 각 만족도 요소의 만족도 점수와 만족 차원의 중요도 점수를 도출 하였다. 각 플랫폼의 도출한 점수를 통해 IPA 분석 4분면 모형을 바탕으로 각 플랫폼을 시각화시킨다. 마지막으로 각 만족도 차원에 대해 팟캐스트의 개선 방 안을 제고하였다. 본 연구는 팟캐스트 플랫폼에 대해 사용자들이 가지고 있는 만족 차원이 무 엇인지, 중국 팟캐스트 각 플랫폼의 만족도 현황이 어떠한지 등의 실무적인 제 품 개선을 위한 상황을 파악하였다. 이후 도출된 요소들을 통해 플랫폼의 상황 과 개선 방안을 제시하는 데에 본 연구의 의미가 있다.|This study aims to present the use satisfaction factor of Chinese podcasts and the current status of three podcasts in terms of the actual podcast user satisfaction for fast-growing podcasts. To this end, reviews of three podcast platforms were collected and a total of 7938 reviews were classified using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) to classify the themes within the review. ), functional quality, service quality, and system quality were derived. This study identified the situation for practical product improvement, such as what users' satisfaction level for podcast platform is, and what is the satisfaction status of each podcast platform in China.
