The Impact of Environmental Regulations and Market Turbulence on Sustainable Performance: an Empirical Analysis of China’s Polluting Industries

Abstract

With the rapid economic development, China’s environmental pollution problem has become increasingly severe. In order to solve the increasingly severe environmental pollution problem, China has continuously reformed and deepened the system of ecological civilization. Green innovation, as an important direction of the world’s technological and industrial revolution, is the most promising in the field of technological innovation development. It is recommended to use advanced green technologies to accelerate the development of green technology innovation to improve productivity and resource utilization efficiency. Because environmental regulations have constraints and incentives on the environmental governance behavior of enterprises and governments and the driving force of green technology innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between environmental regulations, market turbulence, green innovation and corporate performance. Based on the conclusions, this paper puts forward several policy recommendations to provide certain references for the realization of environmental protection and economic development. First, the government should give better play to the positive regulatory role of government subsidies and at the same time improve the subsidy supervision mechanism. Second, the government should strengthen the promotion of environmental protection NGO support and consumers’ awareness of environmental protection. Third, enterprises should increase their environmental awareness and in the face of the ever-changing green product market they should adopt corresponding strategies to improve the level of green product innovation. |급속한 경제 발전과 함께 중국의 환경 오염 문제는 점점 더심각해지고있다. 갈수록 심각해지는 환경오염 문제를 해결하기 위하여 중국은 생태체계를지속적으로 개혁하고 심화하고 있다. 세계 기술 및 산업 혁명의 중요한방향인녹색혁신은 기술 혁신 개발 분야에서 가장 중요한 분야다. 생산성과자원활용효율성을 향상시키고 녹색 기술 혁신의 개발을 가속화하기 위하여 첨단녹색기술을사용하는 것이 좋다. 환경 규제는 기업과 정부의 환경 거버넌스행동과녹색혁신의 원동력에 대한 제약과 인센티브가 있기 때문이다. 따라서환경규제와시장의변동성, 녹색혁신과 기업의 지속가능한 성과의 관계를 연구할 필요가있다. 결론에 따라 본 논문은 환경 보호 및 경제 발전의 실현을 위한특정참고자료를 제공하기 위해 몇 가지 정책 권장 사항을 제시한다. 첫째, 정부는정부보조금의 긍정적인 규제 역할을 더 잘 수행함과 동시에 보조금 감독메커니즘을개선해야 한다. 둘째, 정부는 환경보호 NGO 지원 및 소비자의 환경보호의식을강화해야 한다. 셋째, 기업은 환경 의식을 높이고 끊임없이 변화하는녹색제품시장에직면하여 녹색 제품 혁신 수준을 향상시키기 위해 상응하는 전략을채택해야한다.
