dc.description.abstractThe Buildings registered as heritage properties suffer from social changes and numerous wars in the past, and there are many losses in their existing forms, and it is difficult to completely restore damaged cultural properties. The repairment history of heritage properties are not unified because of different experts work for every event. Although bibliographic information including existing information summarized in the process of restoring and repairing it exists, a new system is needed to effectively preserve and manage the collected information before and after repair. In addition, maintenance and management of architectural cultural properties account for a significant portion. Therefore, this paper is to propose an improvement plan through a web platform for maintaining BIM of cultural assets as a solution to prepare for damage by neglecting the method of recording and preserving information of cultural assets.-
