무접점식(SSR) 회로제어기 제어계전기를 적용한 선로전환기(NS-AM형) 정비에 대한 연구

Abstract

선로전환기는 우리나라에 1만대이상 설치되어 사용하고 있다. 그 중 도시철도 및 일반철도에서 1960년대 말 사용되는 전기 선로전환기는 일본에서 도입되어 NS형 또는 A타입인 동작간의 동정 220mm과 마그네틱의 M인 자석 클러치를 의미하는 NS-AM형인 선로전환기가 전체의 90%이상을 점유하고 있다. 철도의 정시성과 안전성은 여러 가지 장점 중에 매우 중요한 장점이며, 이러한 장점을 유지하기 위해 열차운행을 정확하고 안전하게 하기 위해 철도신호의 역할이 필요로 한다. 그러므로 선로전환기의 동작의 연속성과 안전성은 필수적으로 매우 중요한 요소이다. 선로전환기의 연구는 다양하게 여러 방면으로 진행되고 있으나 선로전환기 내부의 연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 선로전환기 동작에 꼭 필요한 선로전환기 회로제어기와 제어계전기의 유지보수를 위하여 접점구성과 채터링에 관한 측정을 하여 선로전환기의 계전기를 더욱더 효율적이고 안전한 방법으로 유지보수와 정비를 할 수 있도록 한다.
