장애인이 지각한 가족건강성이 장애수용에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 장애인이 지각하는 가족건강성이 장애수용에 미치는 영향에 대한 경험적 분석을 통하여 장애인 가족의 가족건강성 확립을 위한 정책적 제언을 제안하는 것과 후속 연구를 위한 정보를 제공하고 연구의 방향성을 제시하는 것에 있다. 본 연구에서 살펴보고자 하는 연구 문제는 장애인이 지각한 가족건강성이 장애인의 장애수용에 미치는 영향이며 이와 같은 연구 문제를 알아보기 위하여 가족건강성의 하위요인인 가족 구성원 간의 유대, 의사소통, 가치체계공유, 가족문제해결 수행능력이 각각 장애수용에 미치는 영향과 가족건강성 하위요인 의 전 문항을 합산하여 재구성한 가족건강성이 장애수용에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 문제를 검증하기 위하여 설정한 연구 대상자는 한국장애인개발원에서 실시한 ‘장애인 삶(2019)’ 패널조사 원자료를 재가공하여, 가족건강성 설문 항목에 응답한 5,092명이다. 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성과 주요 변수의 통계를 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 장애인이 지각하는 가족건강성이 장애수용에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 변수 간의 관계 확인을 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시한 결과, 독립변수로 채택한 가족건강성의 하위요인인 가족 구성원 간의 유대・의사소통・가치체계 공유와 가족문제해결 수행능력과 가족건강성 하위요인 전 문항을 합산하여 설정한 변수가 장애수용에 유의미한 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 독립변수로 채택한 가족건강성의 하위요인 중 가족 구성원 간의 의사소통, 가치체계 공유와 가족건강성 하위요인 전 문항을 합산하여 하나의 변수로 재설정한 가족건강성이 장애수용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 통해 장애인이 지각하는 가족건강성이 높을수록 장애인의 장애수용이 높아지는 사실을 확인할 수 있으며, 장애인이 건강한 가족의 기능을 지각함으로써 장애수용에 긍정적인 태도를 가질 수 있도록 장애인 가족 관련 다양한 서비스의 확대가 필요하다는 함의를 제시할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 장애인 중점 서비스에서 장애인 가족 중점 서비스로 관점의 확대와 서비스 지원의 확대가 필요하다. 또한, 현재 장애인 가족을 지원하기 위한 전문기관으로 장애인가족지원센터가 있으나, 법률에 따른 근거가 아닌 지자체 조례에 근거하고 있는 만큼 향후 장애인 가족에게 안정적이고 전문적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 법률에 근거한 법정 기관으로서 장애인가족지원센터에 대한 중앙정부의 적극적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다.|The purpose of this study is to propose policy suggestions for establishing family health of families with disabilities through empirical analysis of the effect of family health perceived by the disabled on acceptance of disabilities, provide information for follow-up studies, and present the direction of research. The research problem to be examined in this study was the effect of family health perceived by the disabled on disability acceptance, and to find out such research problem, the bond, communication, value system sharing, and family problem-solving ability were analyzed. The subjects of the study set up to verify the research problem were 5,092 people who responded to the family health survey item by reprocessing the original data of the "Life of the Disabled (2019)" panel survey conducted by the Korea Disabled Persons Development Institute. Frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were conducted to find out the general characteristics of the study subjects and statistics of major variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to find out the effect of family health perceived by the disabled on disability acceptance. The main analysis results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of conducting a correlation analysis to confirm the relationship between variables, it was found that the variables set by summing the bond, communication, and value system sharing among family members, which are sub-areas of family health adopted as independent variables, had a significant positive (+) correlation. Second, as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that among the sub-areas of family health adopted as independent variables, family health re-established as one variable by summing communication, value system sharing, and family health sub-areas had a significant effect on disability acceptance. Through these analysis results, it can be confirmed that the higher the family health perceived by the disabled, the higher the disability acceptance of the disabled, and it can be suggested that various services related to the disabled can be expanded so that the disabled can have a positive attitude toward the acceptance of the disabled. For this reason, it is necessary to expand the perspective from the service focused on the disabled to the service focused on the family with the disabled and to expand the service support. In addition, there is currently a disabled family support center as a specialized institution to support disabled families, but as it is based on local government ordinances, it is necessary to provide stable and professional services to disabled families.
