Abstract
We synthesized unusual oxatetracycles containing cyclopropane from enyne-carbonyls under Pt catalysis. Previously, we reported platinum-catalyzed reactions from substrates possessing only aldehydes. In this work, we extended our protocol to not only aldehyde but also ketone and oxalates to afford C-10 functionalized tetracycles containing an oxa-bridge. These products when heated under p-TsOH smoothly under went to the corresponding spirocycles in high yields with good stereoselectivity.|백금 촉매를 이용하여 옥사-브릿지를 갖는 사이클로프로판 화합물을 합성했습니다. 지금까지 우리 그룹은 알데하이드만을 사용하여 백금 촉매 반응을 수행했습니다. 이 연구에서는 아세틸기와 에스테르기를 포함하는 넓은 기질을 사용하여 다양한 삼환 화합물을 합성했습니다. 그런 다음 p-TsOH 및 벤젠 하에서 가열하면 우수한 입체 선택성과 높은 수율로 스파이로 화합물을 쉽게 얻을 수 있습니다.
