전통시장과 Mall형 상업시설 이용행태가 지역애착심 및 지역커뮤니티에 주는 영향 연구: 용답동, 자양동, 행당동 사례를 대상으로

Abstract

본 연구는 전통시장과 Mall형이라는 상업시설의 유형에 따라 상이한 주민들의 이용행태가 지역애착심과 지역커뮤니티에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 전통시장을 이용하는 경우에 상업시설 방문빈도가 주민들과의 교류와 지역애착심에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주민들 간의 교류가 지역커뮤니티에 미치는 영향과 지역애착심이 지역커뮤니티에 미치는 영향은 세 대상지 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 방문빈도가 지역커뮤니티에 미치는 간접효과는 용답동과 행당동에서 유의하게 나타났으며, 이는 주민들간의 교류나 지역에 대한 관심이 상업시설 방문빈도에 따른 지역커뮤니티로의 긍정적인 영향을 주는 매개요인으로서 역할을 하고 있음을 보여준다. 이러한 연구결과는 전통시장 및 소규모의 상업공간이 주민들의 상업시설 방문빈도를 더 높이고, 이를 통해 지역애착심 및 지역커뮤니티 형성에 효율적인 장소가 될 수 있음을 보여주었다. This study investigated the effect of different use patterns of the traditional market and mall types on local attachment and community. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the frequency of visits to commercial facilities had a positive effect on exchanges with residents and local attachment when using traditional markets. Second, the influence of the exchange between residents on the local community and the influence of local attachment on the local community were significant in all three sites. Third, the indirect effect of visit frequency on local community was significant in Yongdap-dong and Haengdang-dong. This shows that exchanges between residents and interest in the region play a role as a mediating factor that positively influences the local community according to the frequency of visiting commercial facilities. These results show that the traditional market and small commercial space can increase the frequency of visit and become an efficient place for local attachment and the local community.
