Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is COVID-19, which is conducting research to increase Learning Outcome in the education field in the era of Zero Contact, but it clearly confirms the causal relationship between the actual learning outcome and the quality of smart learning. As research is lacking, we want to proceed with research. Smart Learning is similar to e-Learning in that it is based on ICT technology. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of service quality factors provided in smart learning on learning outcomes, and to confirm the causal relationship between learners' flow and learning outcomes. [Methodology] In the study, the concept of smart learning is defined, and the quality of smart learning, such as System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, builds a correlation model of Flow and Learning Outcome, and tries to verify the hypothesis. [Findings] As a result of the study, it was found that the quality of smart learning had an effect on the learner's flow. The correlation between system quality, information quality, service quality and flow, which are the quality characteristics of smart learning, was confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that flow has a significant effect on the learning outcome. [Implications] In this study, the concept and characteristics of smart learning were identified, and it was confirmed that learning through smart learning influenced academic performance with immersion like traditional learning. [연구목적]본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19로 비대면 시대 교육 현장에서 학업성과(LearningOutcome)를 높이기 위한 연구를 하고 있으나 실제 학업성과(Learning Outcome)와 스마트러닝(Smart Learning) 품질과의 인과 관계를 명확하게 확인한 연구가 부족함에 따라 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 스마트러닝(Smart Learning)은 ICT 기술을 기반으로 하는 점에서 이러닝과비슷하다. 스마트러닝에서 제공되는 서비스 품질 요인이 학업성과(Learning Outcome)에 미치는 영향 관계를 밝히고 학습자의 몰입(Flow)과 학업성과(Learning Outcome)와의 인과관계를 확인하고자 한다.[연구방법]연구에서 스마트러닝의 개념을 정의하고 스마트러닝의 품질인 System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality이 Flow, Learning Outcome의 상관관계 모형을 구축하고 가설을 검증하고자한다.[연구결과]스마트러닝의 품질은 학습자의 Flow에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 스마트러닝의 품질 특성인 System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality와 Flow의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 또한 Flow가 Learning Outcome에 유의미한 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점]연구에서 스마트러닝의 개념과 특성을 규명하였으며, 스마트러닝을 통한 학습이 전통적인 학습과 같이 몰입이 학업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
