dc.description.abstractIn the present age, the best value that humans seek is physical and mental health as an essential factor in order to enjoy the value of happiness with happiness. Various lifestyles, opening of medical market, division of medicine, and changes in consumer consciousness structure are showing, and demand and expectation for social health of consumers are increasing. The pharmacy should no longer pursue the user who wants to pursue health as well as the prescription patient of the hospital. Furthermore, it is necessary to change for the needs and satisfaction of patients and consumers who are diversified through UX design, that is, user experience design, from the perspective of sales-oriented service design. The scope of the study is to conduct user surveys on reception space, sales display space, counseling space, and waiting space that users mainly use in pharmacy space. The subjects in the user survey are classified into 30s, 40s, 60s, and 70s or older, and the results are analyzed and summarized based on various interviews in the appropriate space. This study aims to identify the problems of medical-centered space design in the existing pharmacy space design and classify the characteristics of space by space composition, and present UX design plan that can change consumers" perception of pharmacies by providing user-centered medical services that have gone through the existing hospital-centered design in the service that users who pursue health as the subject through UX design that can satisfy their needs and emotions considering the users, consumers, and medical staffs of each space.en_US
