dc.description.abstractThis study derives problems from the presented conclusions, conflict types and research methods of preceding research and proposes direction for a future research. The government is investing a large amount of budget for the sustainability of urban regeneration, from improving the physical environment to enhancing the capacity of residents through the Urban Regeneration New Deal Project. However, many issues related to governance conflicts, which appear in preceding research and project progress cases, have been raised, so it is necessary to review them at this time when the urban regeneration new deal project is ending. Therefore, this study intends to present a direction for future research related to governance conflicts by presenting solutions for the derived problems after reviewing preceding research.en_US
