- Abstract
- 본 논문은 스너버 커패시터가 있는 영-전압 소프트스위칭 회로에서 데드타임 구간 동안 게이트-소스에 발생하는 negative 전압과 ringing에 대해서 모드 분석을 진행한다. 이 현상을 분석하기 위해 스위치의 기생 성분을 반영한 시뮬레이션 모델을 구현하고, PSPICE 시뮬레이션을 통해 게이트 저항에 따른 게이트-소스 단의 영향을 비교 분석한다.
