IMF시대 우리나라금융기관의 고용안정에 대한 동태적 이해의 틀: 개념적 모델

Abstract

본 논문은 IMF 체제 이후 본격적으로 전개되고 있는 금융산업구조조정하에서 금융산업종사자들의 고용안정에 관한 정부 및 금융계의 경영자와 노동계의 상충되는 견해를 기술하고, 이를 적절하게 설명할 수 있는 현상분석적 틀을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 구체적으로 달성하기 위하여 단기 및 장기의 시간축을 이용하여 고용안정 및 불안상태에 따른 금융기관 경영의 현실을 다각적으로 파악하고 종국적으로 이해당사자들이 수용해야 하는 입장을 제시하였다. 또한 그 과정에서 고용문제에 대처가 소홀했을 경우 전개되는 금융기관 경영의 양태를 파악하였다. 결론적으로 현 시점에서 단기적으로는 고용불안을 수용하되, 장기적으로 고용안정 확보를 위한 전략적 고용조정방안 마련의 필요성을 제기하였다. This study aims to develop the analytical framework which not only describes the contrasting perspectives between Korean Government including CEOs in the financial worlds and labor unions on the job security, and but also properly explains them under the structural adjustments in financial institutes in Korea. To accomplish this purpose, using time axis(short-term and long-term) and the state of job security, first of all, we diversely indentified the realities of financial institutes, finally, proposed the standpoint the constituents have to take. In that prosess, we could also find the various types of the management of financial institutes. Concludingly, we suggested the establishment of the alternatives that job insecurity comes to be accepted in the short-time, at the same time job security will be guranteed in the long run.
