- Abstract
- Co(II)-catalyzed triethylsilylperoxygenations of allylic alcohols 5 followed by acid catalyzed desilylative cyclizations with a pendant keto group furnished new types of 1,2,4-trioxanes 1-3 under very mild conditions in moderate yields.
