dc.description.abstract본 연구는 창업자들의 역량진단에 도움이 될 수 있는 창업역량진단 챗봇 Prototype 개발 및 사용자 경험에 관하여 연구하였다. 창업자의 역량은 창업에 성공하기 위해 매우 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 국내에는 접근이 쉬우면서 역량진단 결과와 연계한 솔루션 및 컨설팅 서비스까지 제공하는 창업역량진단 도구가 없는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 상기에 언급한 내용을 반영한 창업 역량진단 도구를 챗봇 시스템을 이용하여 Prototype 개발하였다. 이와 연계하여 기존 웹 로그인 방식의 창업역량진단 방식과 챗봇을 이용한 창업역량진단 방식의 사용자 경험을 비교 분석하여 어떤 측면의 사용자 경험이 개선됐는지 실증 연구를 통해 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 창업 역량진단 챗봇을 이용할 때 사용자 경험 요소에서 검색성, 사용성, 매력성, 접근성이 향상됐으며 가치성의 경우 부분적으로 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 개인의 혁신성이 높을수록 챗봇을 이용할 때 사용자 경험 요소에서 매력성, 가치성이 부분적으로 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 설문을 활용하고 있으며, 설문에서는 총 30명의 표본을 확보하였다. This thesis researched the development and user experience of the startup competency diagnosis chatbot prototype that can be helpful in diagnosing the capabilities of founders. Although the entrepreneur's competency is a very important factor for successful start-up, there is no start-up competency diagnosis tool in Korea that provides solutions and consulting services that are easily accessible and linked with the results of the competency diagnosis. In this study, a prototype was developed using a chatbot system for a start-up competency diagnosis tool reflecting the above. In connection with this, the user experience of the existing web log-in method of diagnosing entrepreneurship and the method of diagnosing entrepreneurship using chatbots was compared and analyzed to confirm which aspects of the user experience were improved through empirical studies. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that searchability, usability, attractiveness, and accessibility were improved in the user experience elements when using the startup competency diagnosis chatbot, and the value was partially improved. It was found that the higher the individual's innovativeness, the more attractiveness and value were partially improved in the user experience element when using the chatbot. This study utilizes a questionnaire, and a total of 30 samples were obtained from the questionnaire.en_US
