골프연습장 디지털화에 따른 CoP(Communities of Practice) 변화 과정에 대한 사례연구

Abstract

[목적] 본 연구는 골프연습용 기계의 도입으로 디지털화 된 골프연습장이 기존의 골프연습장과 비교하여 어떠한 변화가 일어났는지 분석하기 위해 CoP(Communities of Practice)의 관점에서 사례연구를 실시하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프연습용 기계가 설치된 총 5개 골프연습장의 구성원(레슨프로, 고객, 점장) 20명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하고, 각 골프연습장이 운영하는 SNS(Social Network Servie)의 텍스트 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 전사 작업을 거치고, 코딩 과정을 통해 범주화하였다. [결과] 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 160개 개념어를 통합하여 12개의 하위범주와 상위범주(골프연습장 CoP의 학습 방식, 의사소통 방식, 지식화 방식, 동기부여 방식)를 도출하였고, 이를 모형화하였다. [결론] 본 연구를 통해 디지털화 된 골프연습장의 CoP 변화 과정을 이해하고, 스포츠 산업에서 기계와 인간이 상호작용하는 대표적인 사례로서 향후 스포츠 시장의 성장 방향성을 설정하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to understand the changes in the CoP(Communities of Practice) of golf driving ranges due to digitalization. [Method] The case study methodology consisted of in-depth interviews with the managers, golf coaches and customers who participated in the CoP of golf driving ranges, as well as an examination of their SNS (Social Network Service) contents. [Result] The changed CoP model of the digitized golf driving ranges is as follows: the learning method, the communication method, the way of knowledge, the motivation method. [Conclusion] This study will be helpful data in understanding how the introduction of machines changed the learning patterns of customers. From an industrial point of view, this study of the inter - action between machines and customers at golf driving ranges can be applied to other sports.
