인현동 인쇄산업 스마트앵커 시티와 복합문화시설에 관한 연구

Abstract

서울은 급격한 도시, 경제발전에 따라 도시 구조 또한 발전하게 되었다. 특히 강남개발은 서울의 주거 구조를 크게 바꾸는 역할을 하였다. 서울의 중심이었던 한강 북쪽 도심지는 주요 구조가 남쪽으로 점차 이동하게 되었고 이러한 급속한 발전은 불균형한 도시 구조를 가져오는 계기가 되었다. 또한 시대가 지남에 따라 도심지에는 점점 낙후되는 지역이 발생하게 되었고 도시의 불균형은 낙후지역을 점점 도시 구조에서 단절되는 양상을 보여주게 되었다.

이러한 국면 속에서 철거 중심의 재개발은 도시의 정체성, 환경을 보존하지 않는 이유로 비판을 받아왔으며, 도시화가 진행됨에 따라 사라져가는 옛 것, 도시의 정체성을 보존하고 이웃과 주민이 주체가 되는 도시재생이 급부상하기 시작하였다. 하지만 지역주민과 지자체 정책이 재생이라는 개념에서 부딪히는 경우가 많았으며, 재생 개념이 도입되어야 할 지역이 무시되면서 그 지역의 정체성과 환경이 파괴되는 경우도 대다수이다.

본 연구는 진행은 낙후된 지역을 재정비하고 정체성과 환경, 상인의 대한 행위를 보존하는 재생의 개념을 대입하고 도시적 맥락으로서 지역 특성과 조화로운 공간을 계획하고자 한다. 또한 활동적이고 유동적인 공간을 계획하기 위해 기존의 공간과 커뮤니티 공간과 주거공간을 계획하여 주변 지역사회와 함께 성장할 수 있는 지역을 만드는데 목표로 한다.|Seoul also developed its urban structure with rapid urban and economic development. In the northern downtown area of the Hangang River, which was the center of Seoul, the main structure gradually moved south, and this rapid development served as an opportunity to bring about an unbalanced urban structure. In addition, as the times passed, areas that gradually fell behind occurred in the city center, and urban imbalances gradually cut off from the urban structure. In this phase, demolition-oriented redevelopment has been criticized for not preserving the city's identity and environment, and as urbanization progressed, urban regeneration, which preserves the disappearing old things, the city's identity, and residents, began to emerge rapidly. However, local residents and local government policies often ran into each other in the concept of regeneration, and in most cases, the identity and environment of the region are destroyed as the concept of regeneration is ignored. This study aims to reorganize underdeveloped areas, substitute the concept of regeneration that preserves identity, environment, and merchant behavior, and plan a space harmonized with local characteristics as an urban context. It also aims to create an area where you can grow with the surrounding community by planning existing and community spaces and residential spaces to plan active and fluid spaces.
