도시 불균형 발전에 따른 일부 지역 재개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

도시 발전에 따라 과거의 밀집된 주거지역은 점차 상업화로 대체되었고, 도시 중심 지역의 인구는 도시 외부로 이동하는 형상이 있다. 특히 서울 지역은 이러한 도시 발전 특징이 가장 명확하다. 이러한 현상 뒤에 불균등한 도시개발의 문제가 있으며, 특히 개별지역에서는 역사적 가치가 있는 건축물이 정확하게 보호되지 않고 있으며, 제대로 살리지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구은 우선 사회계층의 불균형 갈등을 분석하여 그 바탕으로 불균형 문제가 심하고 가장 대표적인 대상지를 선정한 다음에 사회적 불균형과 대상지 개발 불균형 문제를 설계를 통해 해소하고 해결하는 목표를 제시하였다. 종로구는 서울의 도심이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 역사적 가치가 있는 건축물, 관광지, 골목길이 많기 때문에 관광 개발도 잘 되어 있다. 그러나 봉익동 같은 비활성 지역도 있다는 것을 무시할 수 없다. 본 연구는 가장 대표적인 봉익동 대상지를 선정하여 이 지역을 다시 활성화를 시키는 것을 설계의 목표이다. 프로그램 계획을 하였고 대상지 방문하는 사람들은 필요하는 공간 제공하여 공간 연결하는 것을 통해 취미, 건간, 학습, 산업등 복합문화 공간을 일체화 계획을 한다.|With the development of the city, the densely populated residential areas of the past have been gradually replaced by commercialization, and the population of the city center area is moving out of the city. Jongno-gu is the heart of Seoul. In addition, there are many historical buildings, tourist attractions, and alleys, so tourism development is well developed. However, it cannot be ignored that there are also inactive areas such as Bongik-dong. The design goal of this study is to select the most representative Bongik-dong site to revitalize this area. After planning the program, visitors to the target site provide the space they need and plan to unify the complex cultural space such as hobby, construction, learning, and industry by connecting the space.
