종합병원의 지속가능한 성장과 변화를 위한 마스터플랜 전략에 관한 연구

Abstract

The masterplan is for the sustainable growth and change of the hospital. In other words, it is a plan to establish a system of the site and building for unpredictable future growth and change. The most essential element for this is the circulation system. The circulation system includes the efficient connection of buildings on the site and the direction of growth, and includes spatial depth and facility planning for flexible change between departments. The content on the establishment of the circulation system is a common factor in domestic and overseas country masterplan. In addition, the characteristic of the domestic masterplan is that the recovery of the existing building are proposed so that the space that was fitted for the old medical environment can respond to the new medical environment. To this end, a plan to secure an area at the level of a recently built medical facility is suggested, and specific alternatives are being proposed to improve the quality of the medical environment by reflecting the needs of the times. Therefore, in this study, the main contents and goals were identified through comparison of domestic and overseas master plans, and an improvement plan for the master plan was attempted. In addition, the change factors were derived by comparing the current status drawings through the masterplan basic plan and detailed design of the research target hospital, and the master plan strategy was derived for the sustainable growth and change. 1) The master plan is the future goal plan of the hospital It is necessary to change the perception of the master plan, and through this, it is thought that the master plan should be established preemptively from a long-term perspective according to the future goals of the hospital. If a long-term business scale plan and budget plan are established in advance through preemptive masterplan establishment, upper-level institutions and hospital management staff will be able to devise a business scope and design direction suitable for the available budget, effectively. 2) The core value of the domestic masterplan is the establishing system of the building and the site, in addition, the recovery of the existing building. Most general hospitals in Korea have been built on a limited site, though the hospitals have been continuously extended and remodeled. As a result, it is difficult to respond to the future only through the expansion of new buildings. Therefore, the domestic masterplan considers a plan how to utilize the existing building. 3) Equipment should be reviewed for flexibility of internal planning and efficient construction ① Air-conditioning methods for flexibility of internal changes and installation methods for additional air-conditioner need to be reviewed and suggested. ② Ddepartments that can be replaced or placed close to each other need to be suggested. ③ Absolute area and minimization plan of equipment shaft need to be reviewed|마스터플랜은 병원의 지속적인 성장과 변화를 위한 것이다. 즉, 예측할 수 없는 미래 변화를 위해 자유로운 변화가 가능하도록 대지와 건물 내·외부의 체계를 구축하는 계획이다. 이를 위한 가장 핵심 요소는 동선 체계이다. 동선 체계는 대지 내에서 건물들의 효율적인 연결과 성장 방향성에 대한 내용이 포 함되어있으며, 건물 내부에서 부서들 간의 자유로운 변화를 위해 공간 깊이와 설비 계획이 포함된다. 동선 체계 수립에 대한 내용은 국내·외 마스터플랜에 서 공통적으로 중요시되고 있는 요소이다. 또한 국내 마스터플랜의 특징은 기존 건물의 활용 방안에 따라 과거의 의료 환경에 맞춰진 공간을 새로운 의료 환경에 대응할 수 있도록 회복을 위한 내 용이 제안되는 것이다. 이를 위해 최근 건립되는 의료시설의 수준으로 면적 확보 방안을 제시하고, 시대적 요구를 반영함에 따라 의료 환경의 질적 수준 을 높이기 위한 구체적인 대안이 제시되고 있다. 국내 병원건축 마스터플랜은 2000년대부터 수립됨에 따라 마스터플랜 수립 을 위한 고려사항과 제안 내용에 대한 규정이 없고, 마스터플랜의 정의 또한 불분명한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내·외 마스터플랜의 비교를 통해 주요 내용과 목표를 파악하고, 마스터플랜의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 연구대상병원의 마스터플랜 기본 계획안과 실시설계를 통해 현재 현황 도면의 비교를 통해 마 스터플랜의 변경 내용을 파악하고 변경 요인을 도출하였으며, 병원의 지속가 능한 성장과 변화를 위한 마스터플랜 수립 전략을 도출하였다.
