금속 알러지 경감과 경도향상을 위한 18k 화이트 합금 조성 설계

Abstract

PT(백금)의 대용품으로 사용하는 화이트골드는 24K 순금이 기본 재료이다. 순금을 기본 재료로 하는 14K. 18K.화이트골드는 백색감의 표현 및 경도 향상과 표준 금 함량제작을 위해 각종 금속을 혼합하여 합금한다. 이때, 사용되는 합금 성분 중 Ni(니켈) 성분에 인해 피부 알러지가 종종 발생하게 된다. 현재 유통되는 명품 주얼리 까르띠에는 18k 화이트 성분 중 알러지를 유발하는 Ni(니켈) 이 없는 합금을 사용하고 있다. Pd(팔라듐) 를 주 합금 성분으로 사용 하고 있으나 Pd(팔라듐) 의 가격이 워낙 고가 이므로 화이트 합금의 주재료로 사용하기에는 부담이 된다. 그리고 Pd(팔라듐) 을 혼합 시, 경도가 낮아져 착용시 스트래치가 많이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 금속 알러지를 유발하는 대표적인 Ni(니켈) 성분을 대치하여 금속 알러지 경감이 가능한 성분조성을 연구하고 명품 까르띠에에서 사용되는 18k화이트 금속보다 높은 경도의 합금조성을 개발하고자 한다.|White gold, which is used as a substitute for PT (platinum), is a basic material of 24K pure gold. 14K. 18K. Pd is used as the main alloy component, but the price of Pd is so expensive that it is burdensome to use as the main material for white alloys. And when Pd is mixed, the hardness is lowered, and a lot of straps are generated when worn. This paper seeks to research the composition of components that could reduce metal allergies by replacing the representative Ni components that cause metal allergies and develop an alloy composition with a hardness higher than 18k white metal used in luxury cartier.
