생활스포츠지도사 역량에 대한 빅데이터 분석 및 역량 강화 방안

Abstract

본 연구는 빅데이터 분석기법을 활용하여 생활스포츠지도사 역량을 키워드로 생활스포츠지도사의 역량에 대한 시대적으로 나타나는 인식을 분석 후 전문가 집단과의 심층면담을 통해 생활스포츠지도사의 역량강화를 위한 방안을 알아보고 이에 알맞은 코칭역량을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구1로 2011~2015년, 2016~2020년 두 시기로 나누어 웹사이트에서 데이터를 수집하여, 단어빈도-역빈도분석, 의미연결망분석, 감성분석을 실시하여 분석에 용이하게 범주화작업을 실시하였다. 연구1에서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 좀 더 구체적으로 생활스포츠지도사의 역량강화 방안을 알아보기 위해 연구2로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구대상자로는 지역별 생활스포츠지도사연수원을 운영하고 있는 담당자 5명을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 빅데이터 분석결과를 통해 시대적으로 나타난 키워드를 분석해본 결과 개편된 자격제도에 맞게 자격취득을 위한 구체적인 단어들이 변화되었고 이를 통해 생활스포츠지도사의 대한 관심이 증가된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구1의 결과를 바탕으로 실시한 심층면담에서 자격제도에서 얻어지는 생활스포츠지도사의 역량으로 필기-지식, 실기-기능, 연수- 태도 및 종합적인 능력으로 나타났고, 역량강화를 위한 개선방안으로 ‘필기과목 선택에서 필수’, 실기종목 추가’, ‘지도능력 평가 도입’, ‘연수 평가 도입’, ‘연수내용 개편’, ‘연수 간소화’, 통합적인 재교육’, ‘재교육제도 도입’, ‘연수원 활용’, ‘자격체계 강화’로 나타났다. 셋째, 생활스포츠지도사의 역량을 강화하기 위해 스포츠현장에서 스포츠지도자는 교육자로, 스포츠지도는 코칭의 모습으로의 스포츠코칭과 스포츠코칭교육학의 중요성을 강조하면서 전반적인 자격체계의 교육내용을 스포츠교육학의 내용으로 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 장기적인 차원에서 생활스포츠지도사의 역량이 강화되고 가치가 향상되기 위해 자격제도 개선방안의 필요성이 강조되었으며, 이를 위해 국가와 학자, 스포츠지도사 등 체육인들의 지속적인 관심과 노력이 요구된다.|The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of sports instructors' competencies based on keywords using big data analysis techniques and to find ways to strengthen their competencies through in-depth interviews with expert groups. For this, data was collected from the website by dividing it into two periods from 2011 to 2015 and 2016 to 2020 and categorized easily for analysis by performing TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document frequency) analysis, semantic network analysis, and sentiment analysis. Based on the results obtained in Study 1, an in-depth interview was conducted in Study 2 to find out more specifically how to strengthen the competency of life sports instructors. As the subjects of the study in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 people in charge who operate the daily sports instructor training center in each region. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing keywords appearing in the times through big data analysis results, it was confirmed that specific words for qualification acquisition were changed according to the reorganized qualification system, and through this, interest in sports instructors increased. Second, in the in-depth interview conducted based on the results of Study 1, it was found that written test - knowledge, practical test-skills, training-attitude and comprehensive ability were obtained as the competency of sports instructors obtained from the qualification system. And 'required for written subject selection', 'addition of practical skills', 'introduction of coaching ability evaluation', 'introduction of training evaluation', 'reorganization of training contents', 'simplification of training', integrated re-education', 'introduction of re-education system', ' 'Utilization of training centers' and 'strengthening the qualification system' were found to be improvement plan for capacity building. Third, in order to develop the competency of sports instructors, sports instructors emphasized the importance of sports coaching and sports coaching pedagogy in the form of coaching and suggested a plan to apply the overall qualification system to sports pedagogy. In conclusion, the necessity of the qualification system development was emphasized in order to develop the competency and value of sports instructors in the long term. For this, continuous interest and efforts of the state and the people in the field of sports, such as scholars and sports instructors are required.
