dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a study was conducted to avoid resonance that occurs when the balancing machine of an automotive turbocharger operates. When the turbocharger rotates in the balancing machine, vibration is measured to cut the unbalanced mass. Resonance avoidance can increase unbalance calculation performance. Through vibration measurement and modal testing, it was confirmed that the resonance generated during balancing was due to the dynamic characteristics of the balancing machine. The structure of the balancing machine was changed to avoid resonance. A FEM model was built. It is important to properly select the boundary conditions between each component in the model. An improvement direction was suggested by increasing the thickness and area of the clamp fixing the turbocharger, and the optimal clamp shape was derived through simulation analysis. As a result of testing with the manufactured clamp, the natural frequency corresponding to the resonance mode increased, and resonance was avoided beyond the operating speed.|본 논문에서는 터보차저의 회전체를 밸런싱 할 때 발생하는 공진을 회피하는 연구를 수행하였다. 밸런싱 장비에서 터보차저가 작동할 때 진동을 측정하여 불평형질량을 커팅하는데, 공진회피를 통해 불평형량 계산성능이 증가할 수 있다. 밸런싱 수행 시 발생하는 진동신호를 주파수 분석을 하여 공진을 확인하였다. 모드실험을 통해 터보차저의 동적특성을 확인하였고, 공진 원인을 규명하기 위해 고유진동수와 공진주파수를 비교하였다. 공진회피를 위해 구조를 변경하였다. 설계 전 구조 변경의 효과를 확인하기 위해 유한요소 해석모델을 구축하였다. 해석모델에서 각 단품 사이의 경계조건을 적절히 선정하는 것은 중요하다. 터보차저를 고정하는 Clamp 의 두께와 면적을 증가 개선방향을 제시하였고 시뮬레이션 해석을 통해 최적의 Clamp 형상을 도출하였다. 실제로 제작된 Clamp 로 실험한 결과 공진 모드에 해당하는 고유진동수가 증가하였고, 운전속도 이상으로 공진을 회피하였다-
