In this paper, the parameter estimation adaptive control based on Lyapunov analysis, a kind of adaptive control, is applied to the current control of the multi-chamber valve required for the stiffness control of the air suspension system. It deals with the development of a model that recognizes valve overheating and prevents internal burnout of the valve. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes an adaptive control current controller model through parameter estimation that can improve control performance by estimating fluctuation components with disturbance and uncertainty in real time. To verify the model performance, the actual valve temperature rise data was acquired and resistance-temperature related parameter information was acquired. Based on this, improvement was confirmed in terms of accuracy improvement and responsiveness of the controller, and an overheat failure determination logic was developed that limits the valve operation just before the valve burnout temperature by estimating the valve internal temperature using the valve internal resistance estimation.-
