간호ㆍ간병통합서비스병동 간호사와 간호보조인력의 개인 및 조직 의사소통능력, 직무스트레스와 환자안전활동

Abstract

This study is a descriptive correlation research study that attempted to identify the relationship between variables and the level of individual and organizational communication skills, job stress, and patient safety activities for nursing ?? integrated care service providers. Data collection was conducted from June 30, 2021 to July 30, 2021, and the subjects of the study were 6 in 4 wards of nursing ?? integrated care services in 2 hospitals, 1 tertiary general hospital in Seoul and 1 general hospital. Providers who have worked for more than one month. After distributing a total of 125 questionnaires, 125 copies were collected, and 114 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding 11 insincere responses. The collected data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS WIN Ver 23.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1. In Nursing ?? Integrated Nursing Service, the individual communication ability level of nurses and nursing assistants was 3.79±0.41 points out of 5 points, nurse assistants 3.77±0.43 points, and organizational communication skills were 3.63±0.43 points on average for nurses, Nursing assistants scored 3.47±0.47 points, job stress was an average of 3.20±0.32 points for nurses, nursing assistants scored 3.10±0.29 points, and patient safety activities showed an average of 4.64±0.32 points for nurses and 4.54±0.55 points for nursing assistants. 2. Nurses' personal communication skills (r=.294, p=.013), organizational communication skills (r=.408, p=.000), and job stress (r=.243, p=.041) were It is correlated with patient safety activities. 3. Individual communication skills (r=.006, p=.969), organizational communication skills (r=.078, p=.617), job stress (r=.203, p=.191) of nursing assistants ) has no correlation with patient safety activities. In the nursing ?? integrated nursing service, nurses and nursing assistants form a team to provide patient safety behavior, but there were differences between the two groups in relation to patient safety activities. The individual and organizational communication ability of nurses was a factor related to patient safety activities. Therefore, it is necessary for the nurse group to further improve individual and organizational communication skills to ensure the quality of nursing care. On the other hand, although nursing ?? nursing integrated service providers all have the goal of patient safety in common, there were no factors related to patient safety activities of nursing assistants. It seems that there is a difference in the perception and practice of patient safety activities, and it seems important for nurses to manage and supervise nursing assistants so that high-quality patient safety activities can be carried out as the main body of nursing work within the nursing ?? integrated care service. In addition, for the nursing assistant group, research to find out other factors influencing patient safety activities should be continuously conducted, and measures to increase this should be prepared. As a follow-up study, we propose a follow-up study to investigate the factors affecting patient safety activities on nursing ?? integrated nursing service nursing assistants by expanding to multiple medical institutions in the future. In addition, it is necessary to review how nursing ?? integrated nursing service nurses train, supervise, and properly delegate nursing assistants. Key words: Nursing ?? integrated care service nurses, nursing assistants, individual communication skills, organizational communication skills, job stress, patient safety activities| 본 연구는 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스 제공인력을 대상으로 개인 및 조직 의사소통능력, 직무스트레스와 환자안전활동의 수준을 파악하고, 변수간의 관계를 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 2021년 6월 30일부터 2021년 7월 30일까지 진행하였고, 연구대상자는 서울시 상급종합병원 1곳, 종합병원 1곳, 총 2곳의 병원 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스 4개 병동에서 6개월 이상 근무한 제공인력이다. 설문지는 총 125부를 배포 한 후 125부를 회수하였고 불성실한 응답 11부를 제외한 114부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS WIN Ver 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스의 간호사와 간호보조인력 개인 의사소통능력 수준은 5점 만점에 간호사 평균 3.79±0.41점, 간 호보조인력 3.77±0.43점, 조직 의사소통능력은 간호사 평균 3.63±0.43점, 간호보조인력 3.47±0.47점, 직무스트레스 는 간호사 평균 3.20±0.32점, 간호보조인력 3.10±0.29점, 환자안전활동은 간호사 평균 4.64±0.32점, 간호보조인력 4.54±0.55점으로 나타났다. 2. 간호사의 개인 의사소통능력(r=.294, p=.013), 조직 의사소통능력(r=.408, p=.000), 직무스트레스(r=.243, p=.041)는 환자안전활동과 상관관계가 있었다. 3. 간호보조인력의 개인 의사소통능력(r=.006, p=.969), 조직 의사소통능력(r=.078, p=.617), 직무스트레스(r=.203, p=.191)는 환자안전활동과 상관관계가 없었다.

간호ㆍ간병통합서비스는 간호사, 간호보조인력이 함께 팀을 이루어 환자안전행위를 제공하고 있지만, 환자안전활동과의 관련 요인은 두 그룹 간의 차이가 있었다. 간호사의 개인 및 조직 의사소통능력은 환자안전활동과 관계가 있는 요인이었다. 따라서 간호사 그룹에게는 간호의 질을 보장하기 위하여 개인 및 조직 의사소통능력을 더욱 향상시키는 노력이 필요하다. 한편, 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스 제공인력 모두 공통적으로 환자안전의 목표를 지니고 있지만, 간호보조인력의 환자안전활동 관련 요인은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 환자안전활동의 인식과 행동에 차이가 있는 것으로 보이며, 간호사는 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스 내의 간호업무의 주체자로서 양질의 환자안전활동이 이루어질 수 있도록 간호보조인력을 관리 감독하는 것이 중요할 것으로 보인다. 또한 간호보조인력 그룹에게는 환자안전활동에 영향을 미치는 다른 요인을 알아보기 위한 탐구가 이루어져야 한다. 향후 여러 의료기관으로 확대하여 간호ㆍ간병통합서비스 간호보조인력에 대한 환자안전활동의 영향요인을 알아보고 향상시키기 위한 방안에 대한 고찰을 후속연구로 제언한다. 또한 간호간병통합서비스 간호사가 간호보조인력을 교육하고 관리감독하며 적절한 위임을 하는 방법에 대한 검토가 필요하다.
