대학생의 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생의 불확실성에 대하여 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준의 관계에서 사회비교경향성과 취업불안의 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대학교에 재학· 휴학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 설문지 총 332부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구로는 사용한 척도는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족 척도, 진로결정수준 검사 척도, 사회비교경향성 척도, 취업불안척도를 사용하였다. 주요 변인들과 어떤 관계성 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 프로그램과 SPSS PROCESS Macro 프로그램을 사용하여 변인들 간의 관계성을 분석하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 변인들 간의 상관관계 분석을 한 결과, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 사회비교경향성, 취업불안, 진로결정수준 간에는 모든 통계적으로 유의한 상관으로 나타났다. 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 사회비교경향성, 취업불안과는 유의한 정적인 상관으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준과는 유의한 부적인 상관으로 나타났다. 사회비교경향성은 취업불안과 유의한 정적인 상관으로, 진로결정수준과는 유의한 부적인 상관으로 나타났다. 취업불안과 진로결정수준과는 유의한 부적 상관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 불확실성에 대하여 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준과의 관계에서 사회비교경향성은 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 셋째, 불확실성에 대하여 인내력의 부족과 진로결정수준관계에서 취업불안은 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준과의 관계에서 사회비교경향성과 취업불안은 순차적 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 기준으로 주요 변인들 간의 관련성과 부분적으로 경로 검증하는 것에서 더 나아가 불확실성에 대하여 인내력 부족이 진로결정수준에 이르는 경로에 대해 통합적으로 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 상담 장면에의 개입과 근거를 마련하고 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

| The purpose of this study is to investigate the intermediate effect of social comparison trend and job insecurity in relation to lack of patience with uncertainty and career decision. Accordingly, 332 copies of the data were used in an online survey of college students who were absent from college. The measurement tools used Korean-Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS), Career Decision Scale(CDS), Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measures(INCOM), and employment insecurity. In order to investigate the relationship between freaks, the SPSS Statistics 22.0 program and SPSS Macro PROCESS program were used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows. First of all, the correlation between researchers was found to be statistically significant between uncertainty tolerance, social comparison tendency, job insecurity and career decision level. The lack of patience with uncertainty, social comparison tendencies, and job insecurity are significantly correlated with the level of career determination. Social comparison tendency is a significant static correlation with job insecurity and a significant inappropriate correlation with career decision level. Second, the relationship between lack of patience with uncertainty and the level of career decision-making has not shown any mediating effect in society's comparative tendencies. Third, job insecurity has a medium effect on the relationship between lack of patience with uncertainty and the level of career determination. Fourth, the relationship between the lack of patience with uncertainty and the level of career determination shows that social comparison trends and job insecurity have a medium effect. Based on these results, the pathways of insufficient tolerance for uncertainty and path determination were discussed in the previous studies. Based on this, we discussed the limitations of the research and the suggestions for follow-up.
