창업 교육과 교수의 지지가 문제 해결 능력에 미치는 영향: 중국 대학생을 대상으로

Abstract

This study aims to study in-depth the effect of entrepreneurship education and educators’ support on problem-solving ability. In doing so, this thesis conducted a large-scale survey of Chinese university students. The necessary concepts and hypotheses were developed through literature reviewed, and a research model was presented. Also, variables were measured for empirical analysis, and questionnaires were composed and measured. The questionnaire was collected from August 1 to 15, 2021, parallel to the visit and the Google online questionnaire. The purpose of this research and the preparation of the questionnaire were sufficiently described in the questionnaire. 450 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 406 were recovered. Of these, 364 samples were used for empirical analysis, excluding 42 insincere or no-show questionnaire copies. The collected data were empirically analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The hypothesis testing results of this study are summarized as follows. First, entrepreneurship education positively affected problem-solving ability. Second, educators’ support has a positive effect on problem-solving ability. This result means that educators play a pivotal role in increasing the ability of problem-solving of university students. Third, the interaction effect of entrepreneurship education and educators’ support is positively related to problem-solving ability. These results indicate that the convergence of entrepreneurship education and the support from educators enhance problem-solving ability, and the level of ability to cope with problems that will be faced after starting a business or finding a job is improved. The implications of the results of this study are presented as follows. Through start-up education, college students should fully demonstrate their abilities when they enter society by conducting their studies hard for future start-ups or employment. In addition, the instructor should provide sufficient collaboration time for college students and the basic education hours and provide adequate responses and alternatives to the problems that college students will face. Lastly, universities should provide synergy to the education of university students through innovative entrepreneurship education specialists. Rather than non-professional professors, it is necessary to foster professional professors and support them to present a vision for the future to college students. To sum up, this study is meaningful by presenting practical and academic implications by conducting a convergence study between innovative entrepreneurship education and professor support. |본 연구는 창업 교육과 교육자의 지지가 문제 해결 능력에 미치는 영 향을 깊이 있게 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 대학생을 대상 으로 대규모 설문을 실시하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 본 연구에 필요한 각각 변수의 개념을 정리하고 가설 을 설정하였으며, 연구모형을 제시하였다. 또한 실증분석을 위하여 변수 의 측정과 설문문항을 구성하여 측정 하였다. 설문지는 2021년 8월 1일 부터 15일까지 방문 및 구글(Goole) 온라인 설문지를 병행하여 자료 수 집을 진행하였으며, 설문지에 본 연구조사의 목적과 설문지 작성에 대해 충분히 기술하였다. 설문지는 450부를 배포하고 406부를 회수하였으며, 이중 불성실하게 답변되거나 답변되지 않은 설문지 42부를 제외한 364부 를 실증 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 실증 분석 하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육은 문제해결능력에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인 하였다. 연구 결과처럼, 창업교육은 문제해결능력과 밀접한 관련이 있음 을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교육자의 지지는 문제해결능력에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 대학생에게 교육자는 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 지지자 임을 의미한다. 셋째, 창업교육과 교육자의 지지의 융합은 문제해결능력에 긍정적 영 향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 창업과 교육자의 지 지의 융합은 문제해결능력을 향상시키며, 더불어 창업이나 취업 후 직면 하게 될 문제에 대해 대처하는 능력 수준이 향상됨을 의미한다. 본 연구의 가설 검증결과에 따른 시사점을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 창업교육을 통해 대학생들이 미래의 창업이나 취업을 위해 열심히 학업 을 수행하여 사회에 진출 했을 때 능력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 해야할 것이다. 또한 교육자는 대학생들을 위해 기본교육시간 이외에도 충분 한 협업 시간을 갖도록 하며, 대학생들이 직면하게 될 문제들에 대하여 대처와 대안 등을 충분히 제시해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 대학은 창업교육 전문 교육자를 통해 대학생의 교육에 시 너지를 줄 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 비전문가 교육자 보다는 전문 교육 자를 양성하고 이를 통해 대학생들에게 미래의 비전을 제시할 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 본 연구결과에 대한 논의와 시사점을 종합하면, 본 연구는 창업교육과 교육자의 지지의 융합 연구를 수행하여 실무적 시사점과 학문적 시사점 을 제시하여 의의가 있다.
