김정은 시대 북중 무역의 정치적 함의

Abstract

북한은 중국의 가까운 이웃으로 동북 지방과 맞닿아 있으며 한반도의 평화와 안정은 국내 경제건설을 발전시키고 주변 지역의 안전을 지키는 중요한 요소다. 북중 관계에서 북중 무역에 대한 연구는 가치가 있 다. 2012년 김정은 접권이후 북중 무역은 새로운 역사 단계에 들어섰다. 김정은 시기 이전의 북중 무역은 3가지 단계로 나눌 수 있다. 첫 번째는 1948년부터 1991년까지 냉전시대단계이다. 두 번째 시기는 1992년- 2000년 북중 무역이 곤경에 빠진 탈냉전초기단계이다. 세 번째 시기는 2000년부터 21세기 초반까지 북중 무역이 점차 회복되면서 발전- 곤경-회복의 단계를 거쳐온 것을 알 수 있다. 그이후 김정은 시대에서 북중 무역의 흐름을 정리하면 이시기 국제적 환경과 북한 내 환경에 대해 초점을 두어 바라볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 김정은 시대의 무역상황을 설명하겠다. 본문은 북한 건국 이후 2019년까지 북-중 교역 현황을 총체적으로 정리해 북-중 교역의 발전상을 분석하고, 여기서 북-중 교역에 미치는 정치적 요인과 북-중 교역의 영향을 모색할 것이다.|North Korea is a close neighbor of China and borders the northeastern region, and peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula are important factors in developing domestic economic construction and protecting the safety of surrounding regions.
