The technological revolution in the 21st century has promoted the development of science and technology, and people's lives have undergone tremendous changes. However, new developments have allowed many modern people to maintain a low metabolic level for a long time, leading to an imbalance in energy intake and energy consumption, leading to obesity. In particular, existing studies have shown that obesity is closely related to the occurrence and death of chronic diseases. In order to prevent chronic diseases in the early stage, simple, inexpensive and accurate obesity evaluation methods are particularly important in daily life. The purpose of this study is to use the BFP obesity evaluation standard as the “Gold Standard” to find out the consistency of the BMI, WC and WHtR obesity evaluation methods on the obesity determination results of college students. A total of 114 college students were recruited for this study, including 65 males and 49 females. The results of the study are as follows. First, There was no significant difference in the obesity detection rate between men and women in the four obesity evaluation indicators. Second, the results of correlation analysis show that there is a certain degree of correlation among the four obesity evaluation indicators BFP, WC, BMI and WHtR. Third, from the perspective of Kappa coefficient, WHtR obesity evaluation method has higher consistency than BMI and WC. Therefore, combining these results, it can be judged that compared with BMI and WC, the WHtR obesity evaluation method is closer to the BFP obesity evaluation standard when judging the obesity of college students, that is, the consistency is stronger.en_US
