스포츠지도자 양성을 위한 PBL 기반 체육대학 전공수업 연구

Abstract

이 연구는 스포츠지도자 양성을 위한 PBL 기반 체육대학 전공수업을 연구사례로 설정하여 향후 PBL 수업을 활용한 스포츠지도자 양성을 위한 수업모형의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 스포츠지도사 양성 및 역량강화를 위해 개발된 수업에서 6명이 연구참여자가 선정되었고, 연구자가 직접 수업으로 개발하고 진행하였다. 연구 결과 ‘PBL 교수되기’에서는 권위적이지 않으면서 유연한 태도를 유지하고, 학생들과 지속적으로 의사소통하며 학습자의 의견을 적극적으로 반영한다. 둘째, ‘PBL 수업모형’에서는 교수자의 역할 수행과 학습자들의 자기주도 학습을 통하여 PBL 학습목표를 달성할 수 있는 수업모형을 개발하였다. 셋째, ‘PBL 문제개발’에서는 학습자들에게 최적의 학습효과를 구현하기 위해 연계성 있는 문제 세 가지를 개발하였다. 넷째, ‘PBL 활동’으로 7번의 발표에 전 팀원이 직·간접적으로 참여하여 모두 7번의 새로운 경험을 하였다. 다섯째, ‘PBL 결과’에서는 교수의 역할수행, 학습자의 PBL 활동이 결합하여 기대 이상의 결과가 도출되었다. 여섯째, ‘PBL 평가’에서는 수평적 평가문화를 접목하여 다양한 방식으로 평가가 이뤄진다. 마지막으로 더 많은 PBL 수업 사례가 체육학을 중심으로 연구되어져야 하며, 가칭 ‘스포츠 PBL 문제은행’이 개발되어 교수들로 하여금 PBL 수업 적용에 용이한 교육콘텐츠를 제공해 줄 필요가 있다. This study aims to provide basic data for a teaching model for cultivating sports leaders using PBL classes in the future by setting PBL-based sports major classes at university for cultivating sports leaders as a research case. In the class developed to train sports leaders and strengthen their competencies, six research participants were selected, and the researcher developed and conducted it as a class. As a result of the study, in ‘Becoming a PBL professor’, maintains a flexible attitude without being authoritative, communicates continuously with students, and actively reflects the opinions of learners. Second, in the ‘PBL instructional model’, a instructional model that can achieve the PBL learning objectives was developed through the role of instructors and the learners’ self-directed learning. Third, in the ‘PBL Problem Development’, three related problems were developed to realize the optimal learning effect for learners. Fourth, all team members participated directly and indirectly in the seven presentations as “PBL activities,” and all seven new activities will be experienced. Fifth, in the ‘Report on PBL Results’, the performance of instructor’s role and learner’s PBL activities are combined, resulting in more than expected results. Sixth, in the ‘PBL evaluation’, evaluation is performed in various ways by incorporating a horizontal evaluation culture. Lastly, more cases of PBL classes should be studied centering on physical education, and a tentatively named “Sports PBL Problem Bank” needs to be developed to provide educational contents that are easy for instructors to apply for PBL classes.
