예비체육교사들의 다문화적 인식이 다문화교육 효능감에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 예비체육교사들의 다문화 경험에 따른 다문화적 인식과 다문화교육 효능감의 차이를 알아보고, 다문화 인식과 다문화 효능감의 관계성을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 체육교육과 대학생 및 대학원생 230명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 207명의 설문지를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 인구특성을 위한 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 데이터 분석을 위해 상관관계분석, t-검증, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 교육인지 경험에서 다문화 교육태도, 다문화 효능감, 다문화 교육수강 경험에서 인간관계 증진, 교육봉사 경험에서 다문화 효능감에 경험 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 교육인식의 다문화 교육태도는 다문화 효능감의 인간관계 증진, 다문화가정 배려, 수업기능, 일반기능에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between multicultural perception and multicultural education efficacy according to the multicultural experience of preliminary sports teachers and to investigate the relationship between multicultural perception and multicultural efficacy. For this purpose, a survey was conducted of 230 college students and graduate students in physical education in Seoul, and a total of 207 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 22.0 is used for frequency analysis for demographic characteristics, exploratory factor analysis for validity and reliability of survey tools, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The conclusions drawn are as follows. First, the level of experience in multicultural education has been shown to be low in multicultural education attitudes, multicultural efficacy, and multicultural efficacy in multicultural education teaching experiences. Second, multicultural education attitudes in multicultural education awareness have a significant impact on the promotion of human relations, consideration of multicultural families, teaching functions and general functions of multiculturalism.
