The location analysis of public libraries is also used to assess the adequacy of the planned location by exploring optimal location plans to ensure more efficient access and fair use opportunities for local residents. In order to check whether the current location analysis and evaluation criteria used in the construction of public libraries are directly applicable to small libraries, the difference between public libraries and small libraries is checked. Compared to public libraries, small libraries have a smaller service area and the size of the target population, and there is a difference in the role of libraries provided to local residents. Therefore, it is believed that a location evaluation index suitable for the actual situation of a small library is necessary. This study will be used as a basic study of studies suggesting location evaluation indexes for small libraries in the future.en_US
