Abstract
유가 사상의 발전과정에 있어 가장 획기적인 시기를 송대라 할 수 있다. 송대에 꽃을 피운 유가사상은 고대인들의 도덕 규범인 삼강오상을 풍수에 대입시켰다. 기맥(氣脈)과 명당(明堂), 수구(水口)를 삼강이라 하였으며, 용⋅혈⋅사⋅수⋅향을 오상이라 하였다. 송대 유학의 거목 주자와 정자의 풍수인식은 정도의 차이만 있을 뿐 다르지 않는데, 주자가 정자에 비해 더 관심을 갖는 모습이다. 주자에 의해 주창된 부모의 유해를 잘 갈무리해야 한다는「산릉의장」의 논리는 조선사회에 지대한 영향을 미쳤다. 효를 실천하는 수단으로 활용하였으며, 동기감응론과의 결합은 많은 부작용을 양산하기에 이른다. 성리학의 사상적 특징에는 효사상이 자리하고 있었고, 이를 실천하는 기법으로 풍수는 중요한 수단이었다. 비단 살아서만 적용되는 것이 아니라, 죽어서도 적용되는 것으로, 실천하는 것이 당연한 도리라 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 사람이 태어나서 죽은 이후까지 이어지는 효사상은 음택풍수의 한 모습으로 자리했던 것이다. In the development progress of Confucian ideas, the most epochal era is Song(宋) Dynasty. In the Confucian ideas blossomed during the period, Sam-kang-oh-sang(三綱五常, the three bonds and the five constant virtues in Confucianism) which was a powerful moral standard of ancient people was included on Feng shui. The three, humors and pulse(氣脈) on topography, the propitious site for house or grave(明堂) and the mouth of a river(水口) are called Sam-kang. And the Ryong(龍)⋅Hyeol(穴)⋅Sah(砂)⋅Soo(水)⋅Hyang(向) are also called Oh-sang. The Feng shui understanding of Cheng Zi and Chu Hsi who were giant trees of Confucianism in Song period was same except a slight difference. But it seems that the Chu Hsi had more interest in Feng shui than Cheng zi. The idea of 「San-reoung-eui-jang」, which says that the corpses of dead parents must be well managed and conserved, advocated by Chu Hsi had greatly influenced on the society of the Joseon Dynasty. It had been used as a method acting the filial duty. And combining with Theory of Identical Chi Sympathy, it had mass-produced many side effects. In the idea of Neo-Confucianism contained filial duty, and in order to practice it, Fengshui was a crucial method. Fengshui was not only applied on during life time but also after death of parents, which was considered to be a natural duty. Thus, the idea of filial duty had been settled as an aspect of Fengshui for grave.
