보존과 재생을 통한 당촌마을 계획

Abstract

현대사회에서 도시화는 한 지역 발전의 필수적인 결과가 됐고, 시간이 지날수록 도시화의 비율이 커지고, 중국의 도시화는 빠르게 진행되고 있지만 농촌의 개념은 우리에게 외면당하고 있다.급속한 도시화는 도시와 농촌의 차이를 초래해 경제적으로는 농촌이 농업 위주이고 농업은 돈을 벌지 못한다.도농 격차 뒤에 더 깊은 이유는 중국의 농촌 기능에 대한 위상 때문인데, 토지를 건설 부지로 함부로 개조해서는 안 된다. 몇 가지 문제가 생겼다.첫째는 도농(都農)의 차이로 인한 젊은이들의 도시 이전이다.도시화가 가속화되면서 저장(浙江)성 도농(都農)의 인구 분포구도가 역전돼 농촌 인구가 크게 줄었다.둘째 문제는 도시화가 진전되면서 농촌의 인구가 늘지 않고 오히려 줄고 고령화가 심각하다는 점이다.셋째 문제는 농촌의 소득이 일상생활에 만족하지 못해 부모가 외근을 택하지만 생활 여건과 근로시간 때문에 아이를 곁에 둘 수 없다는 점이다.그 결과 많은 잔류 아동이 생겨났다. 따라서 이 연구에서 필자는 현재 농촌의 여러 문제를 네 가지 측면에서 해결하고 있다.농촌의 실제 상황과 결합하여 일부 기능성 건축의 존재 필요성과 합리성을 분석하다.|Keywords: urbanization; urban-rural differences; population negative growth; left-behind children; Population aging; functional buildings In modern society, urbanization has become a necessary result of the development of a region. With the passage of time, the proportion of urbanization has increased, and the process of urbanization in China has become faster and faster, but the concept of rural areas is being ignored by us. Rapid urbanization has led to differences between urban and rural areas. Economically, agriculture is dominated by rural areas, and agriculture is not profitable. The deeper reason behind the urban-rural gap is China's positioning of rural functions, and land cannot be transformed into construction land. This creates several problems. The first is the phenomenon of young people migrating to cities due to urban-rural differences. With the acceleration of urbanization, the distribution pattern of urban and rural population in Zhejiang has been reversed, and the rural population has decreased significantly. The second problem is that with the advancement of urbanization, the rural population is showing a trend of negative growth and aging is serious. The third problem is that the rural income cannot satisfy daily life. Parents choose to go out to work, but living conditions and working hours make it impossible to bring their children with them. This led to the emergence of many left-behind children. Therefore, in this research, the author solves the various problems existing in the rural areas from four aspects. Combining the actual situation in the countryside to analyze the necessity and rationality of some functional buildings.
