Abstract
본 연구는 전국의 특성화고등학교 학생 2,184명을 대상으로 진로교육활동과 여가활동 각각이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향과 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 주요 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 가지고 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 특성화고 학생들의 학교생활적응, 진로교육활동, 여가활동, 진로성숙도 간의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 특성화고 학생들의 진로교육활동과 여가활동은 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 특성화고 학생들의 진로교육활동과 학교생활적응, 여가활동과 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로성숙도는 매개효과가 있는가? 연구 문제 분석을 위해서 본 연구에서는 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ(Korean Education and Employment Panel: KEEPⅡ)의 2차년도(2018) 조사 결과를 활용하여 특성화고 학생들이 경험한 진로교육활동이 진로성숙도를 매개로 하여 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향과 여가활동이 진로성숙도를 매개로 하여 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분석 프로그램은 SPSS26.0을 사용하였으며 분석방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 학생들의 학교생활적응, 진로교육활동, 여가활동, 진로성숙도 각 변인 간의 상관관계 확인을 위하여 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 학교생활적응, 진로교육활동, 여가활동, 진로성숙도 각 변인의 신뢰도 분석을 통해 내적일치도(Cronbach's α)를 검증하였다. 셋째, 진로교육활동과 학교생활적응, 여가활동과 학교생활적응 간의 관계를 파악하고 독립변인과 종속변인 간의 관계에서 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 입증하기 위하여 중다회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 위의 연구 문제들에 대한 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 학교생활적응, 진로교육활동, 여가활동, 진로성숙도는 서로 정적으로 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 각 변인의 신뢰도는 학교생활적응(.878), 진로교육활동(.973), 여가활동(.619), 진로성숙도(.918)로 나타났다. 마지막으로 진로교육활동은 학교생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 두 변인 간에 진로성숙도는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 여가활동과 학교생활적응 관계에서 여가활동은 학교생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 두 변인 간에 진로성숙도는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과들을 통해 본 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생들이 경험한 진로교육활동과 여가활동이 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치고 진로성숙도가 매개효과를 가진다는 것을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.|The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of career education and leisure activities on school life adaptation and the mediating effect of career maturity for 2,184 students of Characterization high schools nationwide. With this research purpose, the following research questions were set up. First, what is the correlation among Characterization high school student's adaptation to school life, career education activities, leisure activities, and career maturity? Second, how do career education activities and leisure activities of Characterization high school students affect their adaptation to school life? Third, does career maturity have a mediating effect in the relationship between career education activities and school life adaptation, leisure activities and school life adaptation of Characterization high school students? In order to analyze the research problem, this study used the results of the second year (2018) survey of the Korean Education and Employment Panel II (KEEP II), and the career education activities experienced by Characterization high school students were The effects of life adaptation and leisure activities on school life adaptation through career maturity were investigated. SPSS26.0 was used as the analysis program, and the analysis method is as follows. First, Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the correlation among the variables of school life adaptation, career education activities, leisure activities, and career maturity of Characterization high school students. Second, the internal consistency (Cronbach's α) was verified through the reliability analysis of each variable of school life adaptation, career education activities, leisure activities, and career maturity. Third, multiple regression analysis and Sobel Test were conducted to identify the relationship between career education activities and school life adaptation, leisure activities and school life adaptation, and to prove the mediating effect of career maturity in the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The summary of the analysis results for the above research problems is as follows. First, it was found that school life adaptation, career education activities, leisure activities, and career maturity were positively correlated with each other. Next, the reliability of each variable was found to be adaptation to school life (.911), career education activity (.813), leisure activity (.619), and career maturity (.918). Finally, it was analyzed that career education activities had a significant effect on school life adaptation, and career maturity between the two variables had a partial mediating effect. In the relationship between leisure activities and school life adaptation, leisure activities had a significant effect on school life adaptation, and career maturity between the two variables was found to have a partial mediating effect. Through these results, this study is meaningful in that it analyzed that career education and leisure activities experienced by Characterization high school students influenced school life adaptation and that career maturity had a mediating effect.
