효과적인 스마트 워크 도입을 위한 이용 환경 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

코로나19의 창궐, 저출산, 고령화 사회 진입 등의 영향으로 산업 지형이 바뀌고 있다. 전 세계적으로 비대면과 디지털 중심으로 급격하게 변화하면서 스마트워크 도입에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 현재 우리나라는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라 바탕으로 스마트워크의 도입을 위한 기반 측면에서는 비교적 유리한 위치에 서 있지만, 기업들의 스마트워크에 필요한 ICT 인프라 도입과 비즈니스 모델 확산에 있어서는 선진국에 비해 발전이 더딘 상태이다, 이러한 차이를 해결하기 위해서는 스마트워크 도입 성공 요인을 밝히고 비즈니스 모델에 효과적인 적용 방안이 필요하지만, 스마트워크 도입에 대한 성공 요인을 밝히고자 하는 연구들은 아직 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 도입 활성화를 위해 연령, 직군, 기업 규모 등에 따른 스마트워크 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 연구 모형을 개발하고 연구 가설을 설정한 후 IBM SPSS Statistics 27의 틀을 사용하여 가설에 따른 연관성을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 스마트워크 도입 시 스마트워크의 이용 환경 개선이 필요한 점과 문제점을 파악하고, 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.|The industrial environment is changing due to the outbreak of COVID-19, low birth rates, and the entry into an aging society. As the world is rapidly changing towards non-face-to-face and digital centers, interest in smart work is growing. Currently, Korea is in a relatively advantageous position in terms of the foundation for the introduction of smart work based on the world's best IT infrastructure, but the development is slow compared to advanced countries in the introduction of ICT infrastructure and the spread of business models required for smart work by companies. However, in order to solve this difference, it is necessary to reveal the success factors of smart work introduction and effective application to business models, but studies on revealing the success factors for smart work introduction are still insufficient. In this thesis, the effect on smart work usage intention according to age, job group, and company size was analyzed to promote smart work adoption. To this end, a research model is developed and a research hypothesis is established, and then the correlation according to the hypothesis is analyzed using the framework of IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Based on this study, we intend to identify the points and problems that require improvement of the use environment of smart work when introducing smart work, and moreover suggest solutions.
