Abstract

The Effect how Career Anxiety of College Students in Street Dance Major to prepare Career

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data related with career decisions for college students in street dance major by determining the effect of career anxiety to prepare career. In order to achieve this purpose, total collected valid samples are 52 after carrying out the survey. Specifically, data analysis was carried out by correlation analysis using SPSS (ver.18.0) statistical analysis program in order to prove the statistical significance of descriptive statistics and interrelationships between variables. Moreover, in order to test the key research theory, multiple regression and structural equation model analysis were performed together using 3 statistical analysis programs: SPSS, SmartPLS, and GSCA Pro. In particular, the reason why these multiple regression and structural equation model analysis analyses in statistical analysis were performed not only to overcome the accuracy and limitations of the result of the study, but also to examine whether there are statistically significant differences between multiple regression and structural equation model analysis. Based on this, the results of the study depending on analysis methods are as follows. First. here are the results of SPSS. first, anxiety of college students in street dance major about the course and uncertainty were shown to have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities, but the anxiety of responsibility did not have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities. Second, anxiety of college students in street dance major about the course, of uncertainty and responsibility did not statistically have any significant effect on tool activities. Third, anxiety of college students in street dance major about uncertainty were shown to have statistically significant effect on achieving goal, but anxiety of the process and the goal achievement did not have statistically significant effect on achieving goal. Next, here are the results of SmartPLS. first, anxiety of college students in street dance major of uncertainty were shown to have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities, but the anxiety of the process and responsibility did not have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities. Second, anxiety of college students in street dance major of uncertainty, process, and responsibility did not be shown to have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities. Third, anxiety of college students in street dance major of uncertainty were shown to have a statistically significant effect on achieving goal, while anxiety of the process and responsibility did not be shown to have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities. Last, here are the results of GSCA Pro. first, anxiety of college students in street dance major of uncertainty were shown to have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities, but the anxiety of the process and responsibility did not have a statistically significant effect on information collection activities. Second, anxiety of college students in street dance major of uncertainty, process, and responsibility did not statistically have any significant effect on tool activities. Third, anxiety of college students in street dance major about the course, uncertainty and responsibility did not statistically have any significant effect on tool activities. By the all result of the research, it showed the effect of the anxiety of college students in street dance major to prepare career has significant effect. It showed significant differences depending on each analysis methods, and all anxieties of uncertainty and collecting information in street dance major have a statistically significant effect. |국문초록

스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 진로불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 진로불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 진로결정과 관련한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 설문 조사 실시 후, 수집된 유효한 표본 수는 총 448명이다. 구체적으로 자료분석은 기술통계, 변수 간의 상호 연관성에 대한 통계적인 유의성을 검증하기 위해 SPSS(ver. 18.0) 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하여, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 핵심인 연구가설을 검정하기 위해 SPSS, SmartPLS, GSCA Pro 등 총 3가지 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 함께 실시하였다. 특히 통계분석에 있어, 회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 함께 실시한 이유는 연구결과의 정확도 및 한계를 극복하고자 함이다. 더불어, 회귀분석과 구조방정식 모형분석 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 발생하는지를 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 이를 토대로 각 분석방법에 따라 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 먼저 다중회귀분석 결과이다. 첫째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 과정에 대한 불안, 불확실성에 대한 불안은 정보수집 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 책임에 대한 불안은 정보수집 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 과정에 대한 불안, 불확실성에 대한 불안, 책임에 대한 불안은 도구구비 활동에 통계적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 세 번째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 불안은 목표달성 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 과정에 대한 불안과 목표달성 행동, 책임에 대한 불안은 목표달성 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 다음은 구조방정식 모형분석(SmartPLS) 결과이다. 첫째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 불안은 정보수집 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만. 과정에 대한 불안과 책임에 대한 불안은 정보수집 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 과정에 대한불안, 불확실성에 대한불안, 책임에 대한 불안은 도구구비 활동에 통계적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생들의 불확실성에 대한 불안은 목표달성 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 과정에 대한 불안과 책임에 대한 불안은 목표달성 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 마지막으로 구조방정식 모형분석(GSCA Pro) 결과이다. 첫째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 불안은 정보수집 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 과정에 대한 불안과 책임에 대한 불안은 정보수집활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 과정에 대한 불안, 불확실성에 대한 불안, 책임에 대한 불안은 도구구비 활동에 통계적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 정에 대한 불안, 불확실성에 대한 불안, 책임에 대한 불안은 목표달성 활동에 통계적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 이를 종합하여 보면 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 진로불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향은 하위요인에 따라 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 각 분석 방법에 따라 부분적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 모두 동일하게 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생들의 불확실성에 대한 불안과 정보수집 활동은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
