불안정 성인애착과 역기능적 분노표현의 관계: 사회부과 완벽주의와 자비불안의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 불안정 성인애착과 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 자비불안의 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 만 20세에서 만 40세 사이의 초기 성인을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 설문지 총 351부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구로는 친밀 관계 경험 척도(ECR-R), 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(MPS), 한국판 자비불안 척도들, 한국판 상태-특성 분노표현 척도(STAXI-K)를 사용하였다. 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 SPSS Statistics 22.0 프로그램과 SPSS Macro PROCESS 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였고, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 불안정 성인애착 유형인 애착불안·애착회피와 사회부과 완벽주의, 자비불안, 역기능적 분노표현은 유의한 정적 상관으로 나타났다. 사회부과 완벽주의와 자비불안, 역기능적 분노표현은 유의한 정적 상관으로 나타났으며, 자비불안과 역기능적 분노표현도 유의한 정적상관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안·애착회피와 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의는 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 셋째, 애착불안·애착회피와 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 자비불안은 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 애착불안·애착회피와 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 자비불안은 순차적 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 기존 선행연구들의 주요 변인들 간 관련성 및 부분적인 경로 검증에서 더 나아가 불안정 성인애착이 역기능적 분노표현에 이르는 경로에 대해 통합적으로 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 상담 장면에서의 개입 근거를 마련하고 연구의 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.| The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of socially prescribed perfectionism and fear of compassion in the relationship between adult attachment and dysfunctional anger expression. To do so, an online survey was conducted for early adults between the ages of 20 and 40, and a total of 351 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. The measures used in this study were Experience in Close Relationship revised(ECR-R), Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (MPS), the Korean version of the Fear of Compassion Scales and the Korean version of State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory(STAXI-K). Data were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics 22.0 program and the SPSS Macro PROCESS program to find out the relationship between the variables, and the results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlations between the major variables, adult attachment, socially prescribed perfectionism, fear of compassion, and dysfunctional anger expression were found to have significant positive correlations. Socially prescribed perfectionism, fear of compassion, and dysfunctional anger expression showed significant positive correlation, and fear of compassion and dysfunctional anger expression also showed significant positive correlation. Second, in the relationship between attachment anxiety·attachment avoidance and dysfunctional anger expression, socially prescribed perfectionism did not show a mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between attachment anxiety·attachment avoidance and dysfunctional anger expression, fear of compassion was found to have a mediating effect. Finally, in the relationship between attachment anxiety·attachment avoidance and dysfunctional anger expression, socially prescribed perfectionism and fear of compassion were found to have sequential mediating effects. Based on these results, we verified the integrated pathway from adult attachment to dysfunctional anger expression. It also provided a basis for intervention in the counseling scene and discussed limitations of research and suggestions for follow-up researches.
