As the internet technologies continue to evolve, collaboration between digital technology and health is remarkable by starting to create health application through gadgets to maintain and monitor health easily and practically. Staying emerging technologies in support of mobile health has revolutionized the healthcare industry. This master thesis provides insights into doctor’s health consultation application for Foreigners in South Korea. The availability of diseases-specific apps to the patients has reduced the waiting line in the hospitals that in turns has boosted the market growth. As a health-tech platform, this holds doubly true for mobile health app that users can interact to the doctors by chat or video call, users also could use medicine delivery, lab tests, and hospital appointments. You will see a list of doctors based on your current location, there is also a list of hospitals from your position, the location can also be seen directly on the map. One particular approach it could using Artificial Intelligence (Al) to replicate the monitoring and feedback that junior doctors receive from more experienced colleagues in the hospitals. |초 록 건강 관리(vs 보건 의료) 분야에서의 인공지능의 활용 : 국내 의료 상담 서비스를 지원하는 모바일 헬스 플랫폼의 이점

인터넷 기술이 발달함에 따라, 쉽고 실용적인 방법으로 건강을 관리하고 유지할 수 있도록 하는 어플리케이션이 개발되면서 디지털 기술과 의료 산업의 융합이 주목 받고 있다. 이러한 모바일 의료 지원을 위한 신기술은 업계에 혁신을 불러 일으켰다.

이 석사 논문은, 한국에 거주 중인 외국인들을 대상으로 하는 의료 상담 어플리케이션에 대한 이해를 제공한다. 질병에 특화된 앱은 환자들이 병원에서 대기하는 시간을 감소시켜 업계의 시장 성장을 촉진해 왔다. 헬스 테크 플랫폼 기반의 모바일 의료 앱은 사용자들이 대화 및 화상 전화를 통해 의료진과 상호작용 할 수 있도록 해 준다. 이 앱을 활용하면 의약품 배달, 실험실 검사, 병원 진료 예약이 가능하다. 또한 사용자들은 현재 위치에 기반하여 이용 가능한 병원과 근처에 있는 의료진 목록을 조회 할 수 있고, 그 위치는 지도 위에 곧바로 표시된다. 한 가지 특별한 접근 방식으로, 모바일 헬스 앱은 인공 지능(AI)을 이용하여 후배 의사들이 병원 내 경험이 풍부한 동료 의사들로부터 받는 모니터링과 피드백을 복제 할 수 있도록 한다는 점이다. 이는 가상 보건의료 분야에 있어 사용자들이 더 쉬운 방법으로 피드백을 할 수 있도록 하는 초석이 될 것이다.
