Abstract
위의 제안한 방법을 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 성능을 확인하고, 실제 양팔 로봇에 적용하여 몇가지 실험을 보였다.|Application areas of the robotic systems are becoming wider and wider recently, from the industrial robots which aim to achieve accuracy for simple tasks, via the service robots that help the people's daily living, to the cooperative robots that work with people together. In most cases, conventional industrial robots have been developed while guaranteeing safety and stability with accuracy and precision. For these purposes, the collision detection algorithm has been utilized to achieve the safety-guaranteed system, and further, the redundant mechanism has been developed to realize flexibility and expandability. In this dissertation, the dual-arm manipulator with seven degrees-of-freedom (7-DoFs) arms and 2-DoFs waist is developed so that the dual-arm manipulator can have similar DoFs and workspace compared with the person. These characteristics can give better performance in the industrial area than the conventional dual-arm manipulator system that uses two 6-DoFs manipulators. The dual-arm manipulator provides a wide workspace, and thus it can perform an asymmetric bimanual task. The impedance control that can handle the unknown external force or torque has been widely researched and is applied to achieve safety in the control algorithm approach. Impedance control can be implemented for the system with the heavy links and high gear ratio so that it behaves as if the designed second-order mass-spring-damper system. Also, the impedance model can be modified for the demands of the users. The impedance control using relative kinematics is proposed for the first time to guarantee both accuracy and stability. The proposed method is based on the closed-loop inverse kinematics approach using relative Jacobian. The relative kinematics approach makes the tasks be decomposed for the multiple cooperative robotic manipulators when the manipulator performs the asymmetric tasks. For this purpose, the relative Jacobian and the derivative of the relative Jacobian are derived in terms of the Product of Exponential (PoE) formulation. Also, the kinematic singularity and dynamic consistency should be considered for the task space control approach. The proposed inverse kinematics solution is formulated according to the task priority based on the selected Cartesian coordinates having the singularity-robust property. In addition, the variable impedance control method and dynamic parameter identification based on the Hamiltonian regressor are proposed in the dissertation to improve the performance of impedance control. The variable impedance control provides sufficient conditions to make the closed-loop control system be input-to-state stable. The dynamic parameter identification method based on the Hamiltonian regressor provides robust properties by using numerical integration instead of using acceleration information.
