태양전지를 이용한 리튬이온 배터리의 충전회로에 관한 연구

Abstract

A charging characteristics of Li-ion battery using solar cell is discussed. Firstly studying the conventional charging method by only using diode, it is known that the battery is always charged by the lower power than the peak power of solar cell. In order to boost the charging power of the battery, the peak power output circuit of solar cell using the feedforward controlled DC-DC converter is proposed. And applying it to the Li-ion battery charging circuit, the possibility of the improved charging characteristics is shown.
