- 건널목의 입체화 여부는 현재, 경제성 평가의 대상은 아니다. 그러나, 다수의 입체화 사업의 우선순위등을 고려할 경우에는 경제적 효과의 크기가 주요 고려항목이어야 할 것이다. 입체화에 따른 경제적 효과를 평가하는 모형과 절차를 제시하였다.
