인사동의 주ㆍ야간 가로경관에 미치는 영향요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 인사동의 주ㆍ야간 분석을 통해 가로경관 이미지에 미치는 영향요인을 알아본다. 인사동 내 8개의 지점에 대해 주ㆍ야간 가로경관 사진촬영 및 조명의 휘도와 색온도를 측정 하고 가로 이미지에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해 심미성과 활동성이라는 가로이미지가 종속변수로 도출되었으며, 가로이미지에 영향을 주는 독립변수로 사진 속 건물, 간판, 녹지 등과 같은 물리적 환경의 픽셀 값과 실제 대상지의 조명의 휘도ㆍ색온도를 측정하여 편차값을 사용하였다. 분석결과 주ㆍ야간별로 가로이미지에 영향을 미치는 요소가 달리 나타났다. 주간의 경우 녹지면적과 건조 환경이 영향력이 있게 나타났지만 야간은 녹지나 건조 환경보다조명의 빛 환경이 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가로경관관리에 있어 주ㆍ야간별 관리가 체계적으로 이루어져야하며 특히 야간의 경우 조명 빛이 중요하다는 시사점을 제공한다. The aim of this study is to examine what factors affecting an image of the day and night streetscape of Insa-dong. The day and night streetscape pictures, luminance and color temperature of lightings were measured at eight locations in Insa-dong. 173 participants answered the survey. Aesthetics and activity were derived as dependent variables. This study used a pixel of the physical environment such as building, sign and green area from pictures as the independent variables which may affect the street image. Additionally, luminance, color temperature deviations of the lighting were used. As a result, different factors affect the street image at day and night. During the day, the green and building environment factors have an effect on the street image but the lighting environment was more important at night. These results suggest especially, streetscape management should be systematically managed according to time.
