효율적인 아이콘 개발의 디자인 방안에 관한 연구 - 인터넷 웹 사이트의 아이콘디자인 현황분석을 중심으로 -

Abstract

TV의 발견이 인간의 생활에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤나? 메스미디어의 발전은 인간의 생활을 정보화 사회로 변모시켜갔다. TV를 통한 정보 교류는 전세계를 하나로 묶는 중요한 역할을 하였으며 인간을 간접경험이라는 세계로 안내하였다. 하지만 TV는 많은 양의 정보를 단방향으로 시청자들에게 전해주었고, 시청자들은 순간순간의 정보를 놓치지 않기 위해서 TV를 주의 깊게 살펴보아야 하며, 과거의 정보는 신문이나 잡지 등의 2차적인 방법을 통해 습득해야 한다. 1989년 CERN이라는 고차원 에너지 물리학 연구소에 근무하는 팀 버너스 리(Tim Berners Lee)에 의해 시작된 인터넷의 개념은 군사적인 목적으로 활발히 진행되어져 현재 21세기의 문턱에서는 전세계 정보 교류의 교두보 역할을 하고 있다. 전화선을 통해 주고 받던 정보에서 광케이블, ADSL, ISDN, 위성통신 등등을 이용한 대용량 개인용 정보시스템 환경이 구축되어지고 있다. TV가 단방향에 머물렀다면 인터넷은 양방향으로 확장되어 이용자는 언제든지 보고자하는 화상을 찾아 시청할 수 있다. 이처럼 인터넷의 개발 및 발전에 따라 환경은 변모해가고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 웹사이트를 디자인하는 과정에서 효율적인 아이콘을 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 공인기관에서 선정한 100대 사이트를 갈무리하여 아이콘의 형태를 분석함으로써 추후 개발된 인터넷 웹사이트 개발 시 응용할 수 있는 아이콘에 대한 설계지침을 마련하는데 있다. What`s the influence on human life with the invention of television? Human life became an information-oriented society by the development of massmedia. Exchange of information through TV played an important role in the union of world and conducted the human being to indirect experience. The program, broadcasted in TV, gave the human being a great deal of information in single side. TV viewers should watch carefully to get instant information and the old information should be gotten with the next best. In 1989. the concept of internet was started by Tim Berners Lee who worked at the institute of the energy physics of higher degree and that concept has been advanced for the Military affairs and now it is playing a great important role in exchange of information in all parts of the world. The information was exchanged on the phone line but now the circumstance of large capacity personal information system, which was a ADSL, ISDN, Satellite communication, Light cable etc., having been advanced. Television backing up the one side but VOD is expanded both sides. At any time users can watch the picture that they want to see. Students get an education that they want as applying VOD to teaching and teachers can analyze the situation of students with the computers. Like this, circumstance is being changed by the development of internet. The subject of this paper is efficient Human interface Design in developing icon of the field of internet. In these icons which is authorized by hundreds of official administration, essential materials are chosen. These materials are formed a group by three times of sorting work and put the question after summarizing and arranging work. On the conclusion of this comparison we analyzed the function and characteristic of icon and later they will be a guiding principle of icon design which will be applied to development of internet web site.
