Opening Movie의 시각적 표현 경향에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 우리는 전세계를 하나의 글로벌 시대로 연결해 주는 온라인 인터랙티브 미디어 시대에 살고있다. 이에 디지털 세대의 출현으로 디지털 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 텍스트와 이미지는 이제 정적인 형태에서 역동적인 형태로 바뀌어 가고있다. 이 시점에서 웹 디자인 사이트는 새로운 커뮤니케이션의 매체로 부각되고 인터랙티브 미디어상에서 웹 오프닝 무비는 중요한 화두로 떠오르면서 사람들에게 이 인터랙션이란 것을 새롭고 색다른 무언가로 기대하게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 무작위로 추출한 30가지의 웹 디자인 사이트들을 5가지의 분석 방법을 통해 비교, 분석하였다. ① 서술적, 비주얼, 키네틱 내러티브 중 어떤 경향을 띄는가에 관한 분석 ② Motion Graphics의 속도에 관한 분석. ③ 실험적 혹은 기능적인 경향을 띄는지에 관한 분석. ④ 선, 면, 입체적인 요소 중 어떤 성향을 주로 띄는가에 관한 분석. ⑤ 삼각형, 사각형, 다각형, 원 혹은 그 외의 어떤 형태를 주로 띄는지에 관한 분석. 위의 5가지 분석 방법을 통하여 최근 웹사이트들의 성향이 비주얼, 키네틱 내러티브의 성향을 뛰고, Motion Graphics의 속도는 중(보통), 기능적인 면보다는 실험적인 경향을 띄고 있으며, 면과 입체적인 요소들이 주로 적용되는 것을 보여준다. 또한 전체적인 웹사이트의 구조가 사각형의 안정된 구조를 보여줌을 알 수 있다. 5가지의 분석결과를 통하여 최근 웹사이트들이 이러한 경향을 점점 많이 띄고 있는 것을 감안할 때, 당분간은 이러한 추세가 유지될 것으로 보인다.

It is the era of online interactive media that connects each other over the world. With the digitalization of various media, texts and images are changing from static to dynamic forms for communication methods. As a part of these media trends, developing web design sites is brought out to be a new communication medium for the movement of digitalizing companies or providing customers with more added values or services. To impress or freshen users, web opening movies on the interactive media are a hot issue that they expect something unique, vivid, and new fangled from the interaction over the internet. This study compares and analyses 30 web design sites, which is selected by random samplings, by using 5 analysis tools. ① What tendencies the web sites have among description, visualization, and kinetic narrative. ② What speed they have motion graphics-slow, medium, or fast ③ Whether they are experimental or functional ④ What tendencies they have among line, 2 dimension, and 3 dimension ⑤ What types of figures they use such as triangle, square, polygon, polygonal circle, or others With above five analysis methods, this thesis concludes that recent websites are tend to visual and kinetic narratively and the opening speed of websites are medium for motion graphics. They focus on experiments rather than functions with the adoption of 2 and 3 dimension. As well, the entire website are seemed to have stable square structures. The latest websites are following the above tendencies and these trends are likely to be continued for a while.
