종합병원의 주출입구와 로비공간에 관한 건축계획적 연구

Abstract

우리나라에 근대적인 병원이 지어지기 시작한 이후 병원 건축은 많은 변화의 과정을 겪어왔다. 병원의 로비 공간은 특히 환자와 방문객들이 병원 방문시 처음 경험하는 공간으로 1970년대의 병원에는 주로 통로및 대기 등의 기능적인 공간으로 이용되었으나, 1980년대에 와서 층고가 높아지고 중정이 도입되는 등 심리적인 공간을 중요시하는 방향으로 발전하였다. 1990년대 병원의 경우 병원 건축에 대형 애트리움이 도입되고 로비의 기능도 다양해져서 음악회, 전시회, 강연회 등의 문화적인 역할 뿐만 아니라 이용자가 다양한 의도로 활용할 수 있는 다의적인 공간으로 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 종합병원에서 로비의 역할과 기능을 시대별로 비교하고 로비공간의 발전 방향을 파악함으로서 병원건축 로비공간 설계에 필요한 자료를 제시하였다.

In the 1950s, after modernistic hospital is begun to build in our country, there were much changes in hospital construction plan such as function, scale, operation, technology for 40 years so far. Interest about 'Healing environment furtherance' which is one of basic function of hospital within these change is continued so far. Specially, concept about furtherance of healing environment limited in ward department first time is applied being magnified to hospital space whole coming at present. Entrance of hospital and change of Concourse may speak as the representative example. Is real condition that interest about practical use of concourse is rising gradually. Concourse adds to existent concept of space and the importance is big as space that can be revaluated the value. The purpose of this study was to investigates main entrance and concourse of representative hospital in our country and to search change and present condition. There is the purpose to present necessary objective standard hereupon with direction of concourse plan in general hospital forward though this.
