- 지각된 긍정 감정표현규칙이 도전적 평가와 방해적 평가라는 인지적 평가 과정을 통하여 서비스업 종사자의 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 서비스 기업에서 고객과의 접점 부서에서 근무하는 213명의 종사원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 분석한 결과, 지각된 긍정 감정표현규칙은 도전적 평가와 방해적 평가에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며 이는 소진에 차등적인 결과를 가지고 있었음을 밝혔다.
