E: The purpose of this study was to examine the predictive factors of post-traumatic growth based on Post-traumatic Growth Model in Family caregivers of Cancer Patient With Chemotherapy. Method: Descriptive correlation design was used. Data was collected between May of 2019 and April of 2020, from 127 family caregivers f cancer patient who were taken chemotherapy 2nd cycle, after three weeks taken 1st chemotherapy, and have been diagnosed with cancer in Hanyang university Guri hospital of Guri, Gyeong-gi, Korea. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0 for descriptive statistics, using Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Result: There were significant differences in post-traumatic growth according to religion and The cases of groups who responded that there was a positive change after caregiving experience to cancer patients. Resilience(r=.400, p<.001), Intrusive rumination(r=.227, p=.010), Deliberate rumination(r=.567, p<.001) were significantly correlated with post-traumatic growth. According to a Hierarchical multiple regression analysis, Resilience(β=.310, p<.001), Deliberate rumination(β=.462, p<.001) and The cases of groups who responded that there was a positive change after Caregiving experience to cancer patients(β=.198, p=0.005) were predictors of resilience in Family caregivers of Cancer patient With Chemotherapy. These variables explained 42.9% of the variance in post-traumatic growth(F=19.89, p<.001). Conclusion: In order to improve the post-traumatic growth of Family Caregivers of Cancer Patient With Chemotherapy, the development of writing programs or educational programs regarding to Intrusive rumination is crucial for the well-being of family caregiver as well as other interventional programs to promote post-traumatic growth. With better post-traumatic growth, promoted Intrusive rumination of Family Caregivers of Cancer Patient With Chemotherapy will improve the quality of life in many family caregivers.-
